Meanwhile, deep within Black Paradise, the meeting room remains silent as everyone continues watching the massive digital screens that continues to display the past.
The footage shows Susan's massive ship moving through space, rescuing as many survivors as possible from collapsing worlds.
Inside the ship, Hermes walks into a massive chamber filled with thousands of people who had been saved from dying planets.
The moment he enters, the entire room falls silent.
Then one by one, every person drops to their knees.
Thousands of voices begin praying at once, their words trembling with gratitude and desperation as they bow before him with tears in their eyes.
Hermes pauses, visibly overwhelmed by the faith placed upon him.
Meanwhile, in the ship's main control room , Susan and Rear stand before a massive digital command table filled with floating holographic displays.
It shows a digital Universal Tree, glowing brightly as energy pulses on top of the tree.
Susan studies the readings carefully before speaking.
"So… he chose this Universal Tree."
Rear stares at the glowing structure for a long moment, his expression slowly turning serious.
"Brother… what are you planning?"
Suddenly, A loud alarm echoes throughout the cockpit.
A new display flashes to life on the table, showing a distant corrupted Everest, its digital form trembling violently, the top half of Everest then explodes apart in a burst of dark energy.
From within the shattered form emerges Gander, his body radiating an overwhelming aura that spirals through space like a storm.
Susan's eyes widen slightly.
"He's changing…"
Rear studies the readings rapidly, his voice turning urgent.
"We have to leave now!"
At that moment, Hermes enters the control room, concern etched across his face.
"But there are still so many left to save."
Susan immediately pulls several control levers.
The ship surges forward, accelerating through space at incredible speed.
"We've done everything we could!" she says firmly.
Hermes looks down at the command table to see the digital display.
Gander's form begins merging with the rest of Everest's body.
The corrupted mass twists and expands.
From the writhing structure emerges a colossal serpent-shaped demon head, its body stretching endlessly as it begins moving through space.
With every passing second, the creature grows larger.
Rear scans another holographic screen filled with cascading numbers and statistics.
His voice lowers in disbelief.
"He's gone beyond the cosmic level… life across the entire Garden is collapsing."
Hermes turns toward the front observation window.
Outside, nearby planets are already beginning to dissolve into purple dust.
Moments later, Susan activates a portal.
The ship dives through it, escaping the Universal Tree they had been inside.
Behind them, the entire Universal Tree begins fading away, along with countless others scattered throughout the cosmic Garden.
Hermes stares at the sight in horror as tears begin sliding down his face.
"This… this is the end…"
Susan watches the window carefully.
In the distance, the massive God Serpent coils through the Universal Garden, its body circling the entire Universal Garden like a closing ring.
"We can still make it," she says firmly.
The ship accelerates even faster.
But suddenly, a beam of light streaks toward them as then Hundreds of radiant attacks is unleashed upon the ship from this beam of light, exploding violently against its protective aura.
The vessel shakes violently.
Susan spins the controls as the ship rolls through space, its divine energy desperately repairing the damage.
She glances at the rapidly draining system graphs.
"No… we're losing too much power, we need more!"
Rear stands immediately.
"I can give you more power," he says, "but that won't solve the real problem!"
Suddenly, another stream of light appears from the opposite side of the ship.
Both beams unleash hundreds of attacks simultaneously.
The ship trembles under the bombardment, its protective aura barely managing to repair the incoming damage.
Rear snarls.
"Damn these corrupted Angels!"
Hermes suddenly shouts.
"There's a way out of this!"
He rushes out of the cockpit.
Susan activates the internal camera feed.
The screen shows Hermes entering the chamber where the rescued survivors are gathered.
Thousands of people continue praying desperately.
Hermes closes his eyes.
Golden light begins gathering around him as he draws strength from their faith.
Susan turns toward Rear.
"Rear! Handle the Angels! Hermes will give us enough power to escape!"
Rear nods once.
A massive aura erupts from his body as he launches upward like a comet.
The ceiling above him opens automatically.
He streaks into space and slams directly into the two stream of light as each one contains a corrupted Angel.
Explosions detonate across the Garden as Rear clashes with them.
Inside the cockpit, Susan watches the energy graphs slowly begin rising again.
"Keep it going, Hermes!"
On the screen, Hermes now stands in the center of the praying crowd as divine energy erupts from his body.
"Mortals, have faith!" he shouts.
"I am your Savior! I am the God of Escape! We will survive this!"
The ship tears through the Universal Garden, surrounded by hundreds of explosions as Rear battles the angels outside.
Ahead, the edge of the Universal Garden draws closer.
But the God Serpent is already coiling around the entire garden, its massive body closing the final opening like a tightening cage.
The ship rushes toward the one remaining gap.
Suddenly, The AI voice of Oh Susan echoes through the cockpit.
"Lady Susan… we have another problem. A third angel is blocking our escape route."
Susan looks forward immediately.
There, directly in the path of their only exit, floats a massive sphere of divine light.
An angel awaits for them as Susan takes a slow breath.
"Take control, I'll handle this."
As she gets off her seat.
The ship shifts to autopilot as the AI Susan takes over the controls.
Susan walks toward the massive front window.
She places one hand over her chest.
Suddenly, A burst of energy erupts outward.
Nanotechnology spreads across her body, forming an advanced combat suit.
The front glass opens.
Thrusters ignite on her back, launching her into space.
She lands at the very front of the ship, standing against the rushing wind of cosmic energy.
Her arm transforms into a massive cannon.
Three slots open along its side.
Inside, a fusion core spins violently.
"The heart of my home planet," Susan whispers.
"Combined with the power of a God… and a Demon."
Two additional chambers fill with divine and demonic energy.
The cannon glows brighter and brighter.
She closes her eyes briefly.
"Forgive me, Hermes… and my beloved Rear."
"This is the only way Project Universe can continue."
She fires.
A massive combined divine-demonic beam erupts from the cannon, crashing directly into the angel ahead.
The explosion illuminates the entire Universal Garden.
At the same time, Rear smashes the other two angels away with tremendous force, barely holding onto the ship's protective aura.
Hermes continues pouring divine energy into the vessel from within.
The ship bursts through the explosion of light.
Escaping the Universal Garden just as the God Serpent's mouth closes against its tail, sealing the Garden completely.
Inside the cockpit, Hermes stumbles back into the room, exhausted.
"We made it…"
He looks around.
"Susan… Rear… where are you guys?"
Then he sees her.
Outside the window, Susan falling off from the ship, her armor losing power.
But Rear dives forward instantly, catching her before she disappears into the void.
He brings her back inside the ship and rushes into the control room.
Hermes stares in shock as Rear lays her down.
"Save her!" Rear shouts desperately.
Suddenly, dozens of mechanical tubes extend from the ship's systems.
They remove Susan's damaged armor as glowing digital threads begin entering her body, flooding her with stabilizing energy.
Moments later, the massive ship tears through the cloudy sky before descending slowly toward the surface of a quiet world.
Its thrusters burn softly as it lands before a sprawling high-tech city, an advanced civilization that Susan had recently built.
The city shines beneath the sunlight, its towers rising beside vast forests, rivers, and open fields of untouched nature.
Slowly, the back of the ship opens.
Thousands of survivors begin stepping out one by one.
They stare in awe at the beautiful landscape surrounding them, breathing in the clean air as if they had just been reborn into a new world.
Some fall to their knees in disbelief.
Others cry quietly.
Inside the ship's control room, Hermes and Rear stand silently, watching the scene unfold through the massive viewing window.
Behind them, Susan lies unconscious inside a suspended medical chamber, her body wrapped in glowing digital threads that slowly pulse as the ship continues repairing her.
Rear crosses his arms and looks toward Hermes.
"Go on ahead," he says calmly. "Introduce your people to their new home."
Hermes nods slowly before turning and leaving the control room.
He walks down the long corridors of the ship and eventually steps outside, standing before the thousands of survivors who had gathered together.
The moment they see him, the entire crowd bows.
Hermes raises his hand gently.
"Welcome, my fellow mortals," he says softly.
"This will be your new home."
Though his voice carries warmth, there is sadness hidden within it.
As the crowd begins murmuring quietly, a small girl steps forward and gently grabs Hermes's hand.
She looks up at him with innocent curiosity.
"Does it have a name?"
Hermes pauses for a moment before answering.
"Yes."
He looks toward the shining city in the distance.
"Utopia."
He turns back to the people and raises his voice so everyone can hear.
"Welcome to Utopia, your new home planet. This is the beginning of something new for all of us."
The wind moves softly through the trees as he continues speaking.
"We must work together from this moment forward if we ever hope to save our old home from the demons that destroyed it."
His gaze turns toward the sky.
"I do not know how long this journey will take… but have patience, and have faith in your God."
His voice becomes firm with resolve.
"One day… we will restore life to the Garden of Adamas."
The crowd bows again, their faith in him stronger than ever as they begin slowly entering the city.
A new civilization begins.
Hermes watches them go.
Then he turns.
In the distance, he sees Rear walking toward a quiet island separated from the city by a narrow stretch of water.
In his arms, he carries Susan carefully.
The island is small and peaceful, home to the tech warehouse and the quiet house of Rear and Susan.
Hermes walks up behind him.
Rear stops but doesn't turn around.
"Do your part, Hermes," Rear says calmly. "We'll do ours."
He adjusts his hold on Susan as he continues walking.
"Stick to the long endgame plan that we discussed. I'm sure it will all work out in the end."
He pauses briefly before adding,
"Come visit when the time is right."
Hermes nods slowly.
But no words leave his mouth.
He simply stands there, watching silently as Rear carries Susan across the bridge toward the quiet island.
Years pass.
Under Hermes's guidance, the people of Utopia begin carrying out the early stages of Project Universe.
Slowly, Hermes shares fragments of his divine energy with the humans, carefully altering their bodies by weaving traces of his own DNA into their bloodlines. At first, the humans struggle to withstand such overwhelming power. Their bodies tremble under the strain of divine energy, and many cannot fully control the strange magic awakening within them.
But as the years turn into decades and decades into centuries the next generation begins to adapt.
Children are born with natural energy flowing through their veins.
Unlike their ancestors, these new generations are able to connect deeply with magic and spiritual energy as if it were second nature. With each passing generation, the people of Utopia grow stronger, more resilient, and more capable of wielding divine power than the generation before them.
Over time, the city of Utopia expands into a vast civilization.
What once began as a small group of survivors grows into a thriving society of millions.
However, not everyone develops these divine gifts equally.
There are some whose bodies do not resonate the same way as the others. These individuals appear weaker when compared to the gifted majority, and eventually they are separated into their own community.
One day, Hermes gathers them together.
Nearly one hundred thousand people stand before him.
Without hostility or judgment, he leads them across the water toward the quiet island where Rear and Susan live in isolation.
They arrive at the familiar house before continuing toward the enormous warehouse nearby.
The massive doors slowly slide open.
From within the shadows, a figure steps forward.
Susan.
Hermes freezes in place the moment he sees her.
Five centuries have passed.
Yet she stands there as if time has barely touched her.
Hermes exhales slowly.
"I'm glad to see you're still alive after five hundred years," he says quietly.
He then glances at the gathered crowd.
"But the time must be now… we move to the next phase."
Susan steps forward and approaches all of those who stands before her.
"You may believe that you are weaker than the others," she says calmly, her voice echoing across the warehouse.
"But that is not the truth."
The crowd looks at her with confusion.
"Your family lines were part of a different branch of the plan," Susan continues. "While the others received divine energy… your bloodlines were infused with demonic energy and DNA instead."
A ripple of shock spreads through the group.
"But as you have already noticed," she continues, "your power only slightly surpasses the original humans who first arrived in Utopia."
She then places her hand over her chest.
"What lies within this place… is what makes all of you truly special."
She gestures toward the massive structure behind her.
"You will return to the Garden of Adamas."
She pauses.
"There is only one Universal Tree left there now."
Her eyes grow serious.
"Because your bodies contain demonic energy, it will be far more difficult for the Angels to detect you."
Soon, the entire group boards a colossal ship waiting within the warehouse.
Its name glows across the hull.
Icarus.
Inside the vessel, the passengers gather in a massive chamber filled with countless digital screens displaying information about Project Universe.
Susan stands before them.
"The purpose of your journey is greater than you realize," she explains. "You are the ones who will open the path forward for the rest of us."
She gestures toward the screens displaying distant stars.
"Without you… the next phase of the project cannot begin."
"I will explain the remainder of the plan during our journey."
Suddenly, another figure appears beside her.
A glowing digital projection of Susan materializes.
"This is also me," the holographic figure says calmly.
"You may call her Susan as well. We are… the same."
The people aboard the ship bow deeply.
Their loyalty is absolute.
Moments later, Susan and Hermes step off the Icarus as the massive vessel begins rising into the sky.
The engines ignite.
The ship disappears into space.
Hermes watches it go before turning to follow Susan back into the warehouse.
After a moment of silence, he speaks.
"You're not the same Susan I knew before."
His eyes narrow slightly.
"So… who are you?"
Susan continues walking without turning around.
"I may not be the Susan you once worked beside," she replies calmly. "But we share the same purpose."
They enter a chamber deep within the warehouse.
Hermes immediately stops in shock.
Inside the room are several massive incubation chambers.
Within two of them lie the real Susan and Rear, both suspended in deep sleep.
Hermes slowly approaches the glass containers.
Beside them stand two more incubators but these do not contain bodies.
Instead, they hold swirling spheres of pure energy.
Hermes studies them carefully.
"I see…" he murmurs.
"So the plan has been… improvised."
Susan nods slightly.
"Yes."
"But with this adjustment, our chances of success have risen to forty-two percent."
She looks toward the sleeping figures.
"We are halfway there."
Hermes places his hand against the glass of Rear's chamber… then the real Susan's.
After a moment, he exhales slowly.
"You have a lot to explain."
Susan turns toward him.
"Some things are easier to show than to tell."
