Angelo eyed up the large garment bag Nikolai proudly slung over an arm, deciding to pretend it didn't exist. The sun was already setting and they had yet to get dinner.
Neither of them had eaten all day, but so much had happened that he hadn't even noticed. He let his husband hold open the car door for him even though his arms were full, his exasperation melting into indulgence.
Right then, he wished he could cook. A home cooked meal would be the perfect way to end the day. They still had weeks of holiday left, maybe he should seriously think about learning to cook.
Although the plan was to eat out, Nikolai drove right home, making their order on the way back.
