Chapter 4632: The More Absurd, The More Fun
Little Peng did not pursue, instead turning to fight the insect with quasi Sovereign power.
Earlier, Little Tree had fought it, then Chaos Gem blocked it, and now Little Peng was its opponent.
Little Peng's combat power was slightly higher, and under continuous attack, the insect kept getting wounded and retreated step by step.
Lin Moyu paid no attention; now that he was the public enemy of heaven and earth, all further avenues for his advancement had been sealed, so for the moment no more trouble would arise.
The Spell Domain was slowly forming, and Lin Moyu watched its changes, hoping to gain some insight but unfortunately, realized nothing.
He only knew lighting up the stars inside increased his spell power why, he didn't understand.
A gray white great Dao appeared within the Spell Domain his Immortal Dao, spanning the entire domain.
He knew all his spells had merged into Immortal Dao; now there would be no more Spell Stars, only the Spell Domain.
Soul power continued to flow in, creating a starry sky inside the domain dim lights making a beautiful sight.
Suddenly, a message came through:
[World Domain: Any damage received will be borne collectively by the Spell Domain and all possessed domains and worlds.]
The first spell took form, and Lin Moyu muttered "What the hell!"
Previously, countless undead servants shared his damage, letting him ignore attacks from peers only those one full realm higher could threaten him.
But now, all assaults would be divided among his Domain, the Spell Domain, and… even the worlds themselves.
What did that mean? Even if he stood before a "Dao," letting that being strike, killing him would be exceedingly hard.
Lin Moyu looked with strange shock at the Chaos Gem: "Say, could those guys destroy an entire world?"
He meant the Dao, Calamity Sovereign, and their ilk.
Chaos Gem instantly shook its head: "Impossible even a Supreme, destroying another's world is extremely hard; they don't have the power."
With this assurance, Lin Moyu knew he was invincible no tribulation, no matter if he was the key figure or world enemy, would matter.
Now, unless he sealed his Spell Domain on purpose, nobody could kill him.
This first spell showed the Spell Domain's true sublimation, ascending to an unimaginable level.
Lin Moyu started anticipating what the next spell would be this was just the appetizer, the main course had yet to arrive and would surely be even more outrageous.
Soon, the second spell finished evolving, with another message:
[Extremity of Immortality: Draw on Spell Domain, domain, and world power to temporarily boost flesh and soul; for a short time, be truly immortal and indestructible, limit raised to the highest in existence.]
Lin Moyu was left speechless his path was getting crazier.
This spell came from an earlier breakthrough, inspired by a primordial bird known as "Origin Bird" in Ancient Chaos Wilds.
Origin Birds were peak Chaos Realm and their blood could be refined into unusual spells; many strong cultivators hunted Origin Birds to make spells for passing on to their descendants.
Lin Moyu gained this spell from Supreme Boyang, who split it into nine with distinct effects Lin Moyu got two.
After merging with Chaos Child, the spells evolved, reached the Chaos Realm, and became sublimation spells.
Now, with further evolution in the Spell Domain, one became "Extremity of Immortality."
This spell changed no longer improving summoned servants, but boosting his own flesh and soul, though not his realm.
Lin Moyu understood: as long as body and soul were supreme, realm was just a label.
If a cultivator has a body and soul at Supreme's level, does realm even matter?
This spell also gave absolute immortality for a while fixing his last shortcoming.
The only restriction was heaven and earth itself.
This spell needed to draw on many powers, above all world power, which became the greatest limit.
Lin Moyu was itching to see how much he could improve, but decided to hold off until the Spell Domain finished fully evolving.
The Spell Domain kept changing; he saw the Immortal Dao surging, shining brighter as stars fell onto it.
The powers of life and death were clear and distinct, governing themselves yet merging.
Inside life and death, there was a cycle; the two powers kept turning in endless succession.
No need to reach the ultimate each could change form at will.
Life could turn into death; death could turn into life.
Lin Moyu suddenly realized he'd entered an odd state.
He had always believed, when either life or death power hit their utmost, pushing past that point would flip them into the opposite force.
More life led to greater death, and more death to greater life this was his longstanding view of the Immortal Dao.
But now, he found it wasn't necessary.
Life and death could switch at will no special conditions or factors needed, just a single thought.
With one thought, he could transform between life and death almost unbelievable, save he'd seen it himself.
This conversion could unleash immense power as long as it went on, the force kept growing, exceeding even Dao itself.
Like the collision of water and fire, producing a blast greater than either element on its own.
The spell evolved in the Immortal Dao, born from the clash of life and death.
Lin Moyu entered enlightenment, radiating a mysterious aura.
Chaos Gem looked on with curiosity, "The master's enlightening again? At this stage, enlightenment is absurd shouldn't it only happen at low levels?"
Usually, enlightenment comes when understanding is lacking, but Lin Moyu was already at such height how could he still be enlightened?
Chaos Gem didn't understand what he'd seen or thought yet thinking more, with how absurd Lin Moyu was, enlightenment didn't seem impossible.
"Just enlighten yourself! The more absurd my master is, the more fun it gets!"
