A World Scorching Fire burned in his palm, radiating a strange aura. After devouring a world that had not fully collapsed, the World Scorching Fire had grown stronger; the aura it now emitted was enough to make even a Sovereign tremble in fear.

Fate Sovereign shook his head, "No need. The reason I called you here was precisely to tell you these things."

Lin Moyu was a little surprised but said nothing, waiting for the Fate Sovereign to go on.

"That is my own ability something no one else knew. The key is that I must search out and set those conditions myself."
"So, after many divinations, I found a future that had the highest probability, and no matter how I adjusted the inputs, its outcome never strayed far. There were small differences, but the general picture was the same."
"I was eighty percent sure that our world's future had already been fixed by something unknown."
"In that future, I saw you, Lin Dao Friend though at the time I did not know it was you."
"At the same time, I saw that peculiar fire."
Lin Moyu asked, "Then why do you know its name is World Scorching Fire?"
Fate Sovereign smiled lightly and spoke calmly, "There is no sound in visions of the future, only images, but I could deduce from your lip movements in the visions that you called it 'World Scorching Fire' so I trust that is correct."
Lin Moyu could tell his words brimmed with confidence; clearly he trusted his own deductions.
"I also divined the source of the fire, and learned that no one else but you could control it. No matter what we tried, it would inevitably return to you, because this fire is yours alone."
"Different approaches would lead to different results, but if we tried to forcibly seize it, we would all die without exception."
"I told everyone that; after discussion, we decided to hand the fire to you, to plant the seeds of good karma."
"The only difficulty was how. So I came up with a plan: have Calamity Dao Friend create an avatar and wait. When you entered this great world, the avatar would follow you to your original world and wait for you there."
Lin Moyu said, "But from my birth to entering the greater world, it was only a few decades, while the one who handed me the fire was someone from a million years ago. The timelines don't match."

"Also, things from other times or worlds that have a connection here might suddenly manifest here, possibly on a mass scale."
Suddenly, Lin Moyu was struck by realization. He finally understood why there were ancient battlefield relics and things like the Divine Xia Tower or Meng Anwen's message outside the great world. He had never been able to figure out how they got there if the small world was whisked away by Calamity Sovereign, why did things from there turn up in the great world among the ancient battlefield remains?
The mystery was at last clear: the small world is part of the great world even if forcibly separated, some link remains. When time is distorted, some events in the small world spill into the great world through this link, like a projection obeying certain laws. Some great battles happening elsewhere might be projected into the great world and materialized by those laws even if those battles never actually took place in the great world itself.
Though confusing, Lin Moyu quickly sorted it out.
"Dao Friend Fate, that mysterious person seemed to do more than give the World Scorching Fire he also had a connection with the undead..."
Before Lin Moyu could finish, the Fate Sovereign interrupted.
"No need to worry. Let me explain. Calamity Dao Friend created an avatar, who would give you the fire. At the same time, I gave him some undead projections to refine into his avatar. That way, you would link yourself to the mysterious master and thus form karma and goodwill with Calamity Dao Friend."
"I said as much at the time, and Calamity Dao Friend did not object so he did as I suggested."
