The electric train sped through the night, drawing ever closer to Youjian Mountain, which loomed like a silent giant beast under the veil of night, quietly awaiting tonight's prey.
As the train passed through Old Valley Town Station, shadowy figures hidden in the depths of the platform flickered in and out of view, their sharp gazes following the train toward Youjian Mountain Tunnel.
There were three of them in total, led by an elderly man with gray hair dressed in an elegant manner, leaning on an intricately carved wooden cane. He stood straight and tall, his eyes as sharp as a hawk's, his face as resolute as iron.
"Your Excellency, General Commander, they have boarded the train, split into two teams, three people on the first car, and another traveling alone in the last car." The young man in black standing respectfully to the elder's right reported.
