Ray stared back at Andre and for the first time, saw one thing he had never expected; indecision. He should be happy he had managed to place a dent on Andre's armor but, for some reason, it unsettled him far more than ever. "Its not enough," Andre pointed out turning back to the Chief. President Ray was stunned. His offer was rejected just like that. " Why,"? He asked frantically. "I will take responsibility isn't that enough,"? He continued his voice betraying the panic inside him.
"It's not enough," Andre pointed out simply, repeating himself. The room went silent with the wheezing sound of the Chief coughing and gasping for air remained. Andre tilted his head and stared at the president. "Your offer is rather tantalizing," he began quietly. "However I find it boring and an excuse," he continued simply before turning his eyes back on the coughing man on the floor.
