I spent the rest of the day with Hestia, and we slept together. As soon as I woke up the next day, I prepared breakfast for everyone, took a shower, and put on some very nice clothes and good perfume before leaving the house.
I thought about teleporting to the Hephaestus Familia's home or to the tower, but I preferred to walk there. I don't want to surprise Hephaestus that way.
However, walking through the streets was a little difficult. It seems like I'm attracting more and more attention, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Being stopped several times by people asking for autographs was exhausting.
The more time passes, the more accustomed I become to it, but it also gets more tiring.
Because of that, I decided to activate my invisibility ability until I got close to the tower. As soon as I approached it, I deactivated the ability and climbed up as quickly as I could. As soon as I arrived at the Hephaestus Familia's shop, I immediately started attracting a lot of attention.
From both the customers and the employees.
With my hands in my pockets, I noticed a woman running into a room. She had probably gone to inform Hephaestus that I was here.
Then, another woman approached me.
"It's good to have you here, Lord Luan. Would you like something to drink while you wait?"
I was surprised by how she approached me. She was suddenly treating me with a great deal of respect. When I came here with Mikoto, I wasn't treated this way.
"I'm fine."
"Would you like me to show you around the shop?" The woman smiled at me.
I would have felt guilty if I refused, so I accepted. We walked around the shop while the woman showed me some interesting items. She focused mainly on the items forged directly by Hephaestus.
It was as if she were trying to impress me.
I smiled bitterly after noticing that.
Then, the other woman approached.
"The goddess is waiting for you in her office."
"Take me there."
"Of course."
The woman led me to Hephaestus's office and then knocked on the door a few times. "Goddess, he's here."
"Let him in."
I opened the door and entered the room. I quickly closed the door and turned toward Hephaestus.
Red hair and a single visible eye, with a crimson iris.
We exchanged glances for a few seconds before I smiled. "It's an honor to meet you, Goddess." I lowered my head respectfully.
"You don't have to act like that. You can speak casually."
"I can't do that."
"It's a request from me, please."
"All right, Hephaestus."
As soon as I called her by her name, Hephaestus trembled slightly. I almost laughed. "I received your letter. I was happy to discover that you're such a passionate fan of my works."
I pulled out a chair and sat down. I looked around, and there were many of my books on the shelves, as well as special artwork made by Bella.
'Speaking of which, it's been a long time since I last saw Bella. I should get in touch with her soon. I should release a manga soon.'
"I've been a fan ever since I read Romeo and Juliet. It was an incredible romance series to read."
"I didn't know you liked romance stories."
"Is it really that surprising?"
"Yes, it is." I smiled.
"Hahaha!" Hephaestus laughed. "But I don't only like romance. I also really enjoyed Re:Zero, your first story. The concept of going back in time is very interesting."
"I'm glad you liked it."
"How did you come up with all of that? What was the creative process behind Re:Zero?"
Hearing Hephaestus's question, I felt as if I were being interviewed by an editor or something. I smiled and answered, "My mind works differently from other people's."
Hephaestus heard that and nodded. "I see, but that makes sense."
After that, Hephaestus began asking several questions about my works. She gradually started to loosen up as time passed. She became so comfortable that she unbuttoned two buttons of her shirt, making her large breasts slightly more noticeable.
I pretended not to notice what she was doing and continued answering her questions and talking to her in a friendly manner.
Before I realized it, almost an hour had already passed.

POV: Hephaestus
When Luan walked through the door, I became a little nervous. I rarely get nervous in any situation, so it felt strange to me. I immediately unbuttoned my shirt and noticed his eyes on my breasts.
However, he didn't look again after that.
While we talked, he didn't look at my breasts even once, which made me somewhat confused. 'Could it be like Hestia said? Does he only like her breasts? Aren't my breasts good enough?'
Then, an hour passed.
We talked about various things, mainly about his stories.
It might seem like I was pretending to be a fan, but I had actually read everything he had written. He writes very well, and his stories are incredibly captivating. I knew a great deal about his stories, so I was able to talk to him without any problems.
In the end, I couldn't bring myself to talk about the real reason I had called him here.
I wanted to talk to him about Hestia's pregnancy, but I didn't have the courage to start a conversation about it.
Luan stood up and prepared to leave.
Before he left, I said, "Could you come back more often so we can talk? It was fun."
Luan smiled at me and said, "I will. It was fun talking to you."
After saying that, Luan left my office, and I sat back down in my chair.
I sighed and returned to work. However, a few minutes later, someone entered my office without knocking.
"So, what happened?" The person who entered was Hestia.
"Who let you in here?"
"I don't need permission." Hestia smiled smugly before closing the door. "So, what happened?"
"Nothing happened. I couldn't get straight to the point. I just talked to him about his stories."
"Hephaestus…" Hestia looked surprised. "Do you happen to have zero experience with this kind of thing?"
