There were so many living beings that had been successfully resurrected by Azathoth, who had previously counterattacked Noah's subconscious mind in that alternative timeline.
Because the powers of creation and destruction within Noah in the alternative timeline had turned chaotic, every time stream that had previously collapsed began to reverse to the state before the world was destroyed. That was one of the reasons why Noah's self in the alternative timeline succeeded in reviving every creation that had previously been destroyed by Azathoth.
