The duel between Toby and Tre had concluded. However the winner was still undetermined. The two players start to slowly get up.
Jalaan- So...who won?
Brandon- I mean Toby was the last one standing.
Toby- You hear that, I won.
Tre- Yeah right my instant karma knocked you down causing the tie.
Brandon- He does have a point. Seems like it's a draw. Honestly, I don't care who I fight so you two just play rock paper scissors or something.
Toby and Tre- BET ROCK PAPER SCISSORS SHOOT
Toby: rock
Tre: rock
Toby: paper
Tre: paper
Toby: scissors
Tre: rock
Tre- Yessir I'm moving on to the next round.
Toby- By default don't get cocky.
Jalaan then approached Toby then asked since he could possess showdown abilities how come he didn't copy future sight.
Toby- I can only possess active showdown abilities that I fully understand. Tre's hidden strength boosts his strength, so by possessing his strength I basically get the same buff.
Tre- Hidden strength doesn't just boost my strength.
Toby- Shut up.
Brandon- All right that's enough stalling Jalaan.
Everyone looks in Brandon's direction.
Brandon- It's our turn now.
The two takes their places and put their guards up.
Player one: Jalaan
Player two: Brandon
Judge: Tre
Tre- Both players, REVEAL!
Jalaan- My showdown ability is destruction. I can generate destructive energy that can destroy any nonliving thing, and deal twice the damage to living things.
Brandon- My duel ability is superiority, it allows me to become superior over my opponent if I'm not defeated in one blow.
Jalaan eyes open in shock as the barrier forms around the two.
Jalaan-(I have to defeat him in one hit. Is that even possible.)
Jalaan stares seriously at Brandon who is smiling menacingly back.
Jalaan-(Well I have to try.) Let's do this.
Tre- Let the duel BEGIN!
Jalaan covered his fists with pitch black spiky destructive energy.
Toby- Wait how is Jalaan able to duel? I thought you needed a duel ability in order to make a barrier.
Tre- That is normally the case. However, for people like Jalaan who don't have a duel ability they can substitute that for one of their showdown abilities during the reveal.
Toby- Gotcha.(If Jalaan play his cards right, he might win this.)
People without duel abilities gets the standard duel ability of having their stats doubled. This ability is referred to as basic boost.
Jalaan dashed towards Brandon throwing a right punch. Brandon puts his arms up to block as Jalaan strikes with destructive energy causing Brandon to slide back. Brandon smiles then cracks his knuckles.
Brandon- Alright it's my turn.
Jalaan stares in disbelief as Brandon's body starts flowing with golden energy creating an aura of superiority. His eyes are glowing gold and his facial expression has yet to change from a menacing smile. He dashed towards Jalaan and before he knew it Brandon was already next to him throwing a devastating right punch.
Jalaan-(I need to dodge.)
Jalaan immediately gets knocked in the air coughing up blood.
Jalaan-(He hit me before I could even move. What am I doing here.)
Brandon proceeds to hit Jalaan with a series of rights and lefts. Jalaan hits the ground with a bloody nose. He looks up to see Brandon throwing another devastating right punch.
Jalaan- What are chances your gonna miss that?
Brandon strikes downwards causing damage to ground also creating a dust cloud. Toby and Tre stares in amazement as the cloud clears. Brandon was shocked to see that his fist had landed next to Jalaan's head.
Jalaan-(That worked?)
Brandon-(I missed?) You jinxed me.
Jalaan's passive showdown ability is jinx. His words can alter reality itself and make it's way into existence. If he words them correctly.
Jalaan uppercuts Brandon with destructive energy. He follows up with a combo of lefts and rights.
Jalaan-(Fighting on the defensive won't work, so I'll just over whelm him on the offensive.)
Jalaans throws a right punch but his hand was caught by Brandon.
Brandon- Sorry, but that won't work either.
Brandon throws Jalaan upwards then kicks him sending him flying in the air. Before Jalaan could hit the ground, Brandon dashed towards him punching his stomach. Jalaan hit the ground over exhausted. The barrier drops therefore ending the duel.
Toby- That was wack. You barely tried.
Jalaan- Maybe because I DIDN'T WANT TO FIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!
Toby- That's a sorry excuse.
Brandon-(That jinx ability is dangerous if used properly. I'm glad he doesn't fully know how to use it.)
Tre- Whatever man enough of that nonsense.
Tre starts stretching while stating that it's time for the royal rumble finale.
Tre- It's time to settle this...big bro.
Brandon while grinning- Well then let us start shall we.
The two takes their positions.
Player one: Tre
Player two: Brandon
Judge: Toby
Toby- Both players, REVEAL!
Tre- Instant karma.
(Abilities that we already know how it works are gonna be short spoken for now on)
Brandon- Superiority.
The two take their stances as the barrier form around them.
Toby- Let the duel BEGIN!
Tre-(I don't think I can knockout Brandon in one hit, so his superiority would definitely activate, but that might be a good thing.)
Tre dashes towards Brandon throwing a right punch. Brandon blocks the hit as he slides back.
Brandon- Huh, I was expecting more from you. That...was just as strong as Jalaan's punch.
Tre was shocked by the statement. Then Brandon's body started emerging with golden energy, creating his superiority aura. Tre smiled as he felt prepared, but his expression immediately changed as Brandon was right next to Tre. Tre looks over to see him throwing a devastating right hook. Tre jumps back dodging the hit just in time.
Brandon-(He dodged?)
Tre-(My future sight allowed me to see the attack coming, but I was still to slow to dodge. If I didn't time that jump right I would've gotten hit.)
Brandon- Impressive, but you can't dodge these.
Brandon starts to attack Tre with a series of punches and kicks. Tre's body is slightly bleeding and bruising from the impactful hits.
Jalaan- See what I mean I didn't want to deal with that anymore.
Toby- I mean yeah it looks bad now, but let's see how Brandon reacts to Tre's instant karma.
Brandon walks towards Tre. His body starts to shake as instant karma deals multiple blows to Brandon. The impacts are visible but the damage has no effect.
