The staff members involved in the "Boundless Heart Sea Exploration Plan" are all elite from various factions and families.
Among them are quite a few Second and Third Rank Cataclysmics. Their bodies have been enhanced multiple times.
So, even though that Giant Dragon was flying dozens of meters above the ground, their sharp eyes still managed to spot it!
And on the dragon's back, the figure riding the dragon was clearly seen by them as well.
However... that figure was wrapped in a black cloak, covering all their shape beneath. And with a silver mask on their face, not only is it impossible to tell who it is, you aren't even sure... if it's male or female.
They could only make a rough guess from the limited exposed parts and the way the figure moved: 70% chance it's a man.
Even though this discovery is minor, it was already enough to get all the staff's attention.
