Old Yasser told me that there are two ways to reach the Sky City.
The first way is through the City of Mist.
The second way, which is more difficult but faster, is through the Sky Forest.
But before I left, I buried my father's body beneath his beloved home.
I promised him before I left that I would kill those who killed him and avenge his death.
After that, I decided to leave.
However, before I left, there was one question that I couldn't find an answer to, so I went to old Yasser and asked him:
"Why are you still here underground, even though the demon army has withdrawn?"
Old Yasser looked at me with fear and anxiety.
(After King Jabir died, there was no more order. Many gangs spread in these areas, killing, looting, and stealing without fear. One of those gangs was the Demon Gang, which consisted of soldiers who deserted the demon army and formed their own gang. They killed many of us, so we hid here again to avoid being wiped out.)
I looked at him indifferently and said,
"Where are they?"
(They are always in the neighboring village. It's their headquarters. But what will you do? They are strong. The second strongest man in the village after your father was killed by their leader.)
The second strongest man after my father was at level 39 when I left.
He had a promising future because he was much younger than my father and was a really strong warrior.
I had seen some of his training sessions with my father. He was very quick and truly talented.
If I count the nine months, I think his level must have risen to 42 or 41.
"What kind of leader do they have?"
Yasser looked at me and said in a very faint voice,
(A warrior.)
"And how many people are in that gang?" I asked, looking at him.
He replied immediately,
(More than 50 people.)
"Good, good, good."
Finally, I will let this sword taste demon blood. It needs to get used to this kind of blood.
I pulled out my sword from the inner dimension and smiled wickedly.
I didn't look at the old man again and exited the tunnel I had entered. My heart was heavy because I knew I would never return here and never see my father again.
I put the sword on my back.
I went to the wrecked house and entered my mother's room. Over the past nine months, my body had grown bigger.
So, I opened my mother's wardrobe, which was half destroyed.
She always told me she made clothes for my adventures.
I put on the clothes, strapped the sword on my back again, tied a light bag to my waist, and wrapped the long scarf around my neck, letting it fall down my back.
I set off quietly towards the neighboring village.
But the distance was quite long.
So, I sat on a rock.
I summoned my dear servant Yama from the dimension.
When she appeared and was about to speak,
I whispered,
"Punishment."
She started convulsing in pain, her body twitching in all directions, blood flowing from her beautiful mouth.
After five minutes of torment, she looked at me and said,
(Don't punish me for my father's actions. I saw everything and I am sorry for what happened to your father.)
I looked at her with intense anger.
"Do you think I need anyone's pity? Hahahaha, I will make your father and your entire tribe regret this.
In the future, children will tell stories about a race called demons that once existed. It will become a legend that people won't believe, and I will make your kind extinct, not just from life but from everything."
I said this, burning with rage, my bloodthirsty aura emanating as I continued,
"I brought you out here just to answer one question: why did the demon king do this?"
She looked at me and laughed.
(What nonsense are you talking about? You don't deserve even my father's glance, so how will you eliminate us?)
I whispered,
"Punishment."
"I told you to speak to your master with respect. You are just a servant and have no right to anything I do not command. So, be silent."
I said this, and after a time of torture and screaming, she vanished back into the dimension. I think her time in this world was up, so she disappeared. I wanted to torture her more.
I quickly headed to the village, approaching it. When I arrived, I placed my hand on the sword on my back.
The village looked strange; houses on either side and a very large house at the front, with a wide corridor suitable for many people. There were screams and laughter coming from this large house.
In front of me were naked human women with pale faces and heads hung on the houses. The sight was both horrific and beautiful at the same time. I loved what I saw. My heart trembled with excitement, feeling like I was about to engage in a bloody battle. Everything around me was perfect, so I summoned my dear corpses and raised my sword, heading towards the place where the sounds of screams, laughter, and pain mingled—sounds I knew well from my childhood, the victim screams while you smile and have fun.
It was the largest house in the village, and everything around me was still. Only my corpses and I were moving.
When I reached the door,
I ordered my corpses to hide underground.
Then I whispered,
"Fire spark."
I smashed the door in front of me and stepped back. Through the smoke, one man after another emerged. They were demons in black clothes moving forward.
There was a lot of talking among the demons in front of me.
I didn't care about all this nonsense.
Most of the men in front of me were at level 30 or 35.
There were only five men who had reached level 40 or above.
I could eliminate them all with mana swords,
fireballs, or sky light.
But no, that would be considered mercy, and I wanted to torture them, to give them hope and then snatch it away.
There were 50 men in front of me, and I was alone.
A tall, muscular man approached me, carrying a large sword. He looked at me with disdain and laughed heartily, saying,
He didn't finish his sentence, and his head was rolling on the ground.
This man's level was 40.
But he didn't expect that strike and wasn't prepared for it. Even if he were, he would have died.
"Who's next?"
The faces in front of me were pale and dark, filled with anger.
Many men charged at me, trying to kill me, their hearts burning with rage.
I whispered,
"Warrior's cry."
Then,
"Lightning sword,"
which released many electrical charges, paralyzing many of them.
"Superspeed."
I rushed at them, releasing small mana swords with precision, cutting through their limbs.
Some were left without arms or legs, while others had their skulls pierced, tearing part of their faces.
Blood was everywhere, so the others tried to flee, their faces filled with fear.
I ordered my corpses to rise and kill anyone who tried to escape.
My corpses beheaded anyone who got close or tried to leave.
Suddenly, a warrior with a long sword yelled,
He walked towards me steadily.
I looked at him and asked,
"Who are you?"
This idiot was at level 43.
He told me,
I looked at him with a dead, emotionless gaze.
"Kneel beneath my feet, and I will let your head live without cutting it off with my sword."
His face turned red with anger.
There were many women and children watching what was happening from behind the house with pale eyes.
When he said that, he raised his weapon, and powerful red energy emanated from it, heading towards my neck.
But I whispered,
"Energy shield."
The strike did not affect the energy shield.
So, I whispered,
"Earth serpent."
Four branches emerged from the ground like serpents, grabbing each of the idiot's limbs.
They began to drain his energy.
As they did that, I drew my sword and placed it on his chest, then moved my hand across his chest and stabbed him.
I cut his chest and pulled out his heart with my hand, raising it in the air with a mad smile on my face.
"Kneel, place your heads on the ground, and cut off one of your hands, or I will tear out your hearts with my hand."
Hesitation filled the air, so I ordered one of my corpses to take someone's head.
But the corpse acted strangely, placing one hand on the person's head and the other on his body, splitting the person in half. The demons in front of me were terrified, so each raised their weapon and quickly cut off one of their hands and placed their heads on the ground.
When they did that, I smiled and turned my back.
I whispered,
"Earth spikes."
The spikes tore off their heads that were on the ground and lifted them into the air with them.
On this day, 50 demons died by my hands in horrific ways.
It was a strange sight: a headless man with a hole in his chest, held by four branches in the corridor.
Stone spikes rose to the sky, with demonic heads with black horns impaled on them.
Behind the spikes, bodies lay prostrate on the ground.
Around them, naked women and children smiled.
It was a beautiful piece of art.
I tamed
