Those who possessed the Law of Life, Law of Creation, Law of Blood, and the likes couldn't even accomplish anything of the sort. The best people could do was create a Chimera, which was a combination of various species.
Even if someone managed to create the body of any race from scratch, the concept of instilling life was an entirely different task. It wasn't as simple as taking a soul and slamming it into a body like some game. It was far more complicated than that.
Yet, right in front of them, someone was saying he would create life with True Will as though he were talking about taking a nap.
