The room fell silent, the only sound the soft rustling of the curtains in the gentle breeze. Jamtoe's eyes narrowed, his expression unreadable.
"What do you mean, that you can only use sealing magic? I don't want him sealed away, I want him dead," Jamtoe shouted.
Dan Porter just sighed. "Your father is a very powerful werewolf, not just any ordinary one - he's a rare black and red werewolf. Not only that, he has six bodyguards with him. So, yeah, me trying to kill him is out of the question," he said with a frown.
"Well, then! What's your big plan?" Jamtoe asked sarcastically.
"First, I'll track him down, then I'll lead him to a remote island. Then, I'll use my sealing magic on him - easy as pie," Dan Porter said with a smug smile.
"What about his bodyguards?" Jamtoe asked.
"They'll be sealed along with him, and as long as I'm alive, they won't be able to break free," Dan Porter said with a smile.
With that, Dan Porter left, disappearing into the shadows.
Five months later, Jamtoe sat on his throne, his eyes fixed on the horizon. The kingdom was quiet, too quiet. He hadn't heard from Dan Porter, and he was starting to get anxious. Had the assassin failed? Was his father still out there, waiting to strike?
"Damnit! What's taking so long? Why isn't he back yet? Maybe I should call Lord Bloodlan and tell him," Jamtoe thought to himself, just as he pulled out his communication crystal. Dan Porter appeared from the shadows.
"Where have you been? What took you so long? And did you succeed in your mission?" Jamtoe asked in quick succession.
"Of course I succeeded. Your father is no longer a threat to you. I sealed him away with his six bodyguards. It took me some time, however, I managed to get it done. But unfortunately, I underestimated how much power your father had. So, I had to send him two hundred years into the future, because that's how long the sealing magic would take to activate," Dan Porter said with a sneer.
After that, I started recruiting people to join my organisation. I plan to call it the Shadowless. He continue.
Jamtoe nodded, a hint of relief on his face. "That's good to hear. Finally, one problem has been dealt with."
Jamtoe clapped his hands, and the doors swung open. Servants entered, carrying a chest filled with gold, and handed it to Dan Porter.
"Ah, yes, my first payment. Excellent. This shall come in handy," Dan Porter said, a hint of satisfaction on his face. "I will be seeing you around, Your Majesty. Take care now," he added, before disappearing into the shadows, taking the chest of gold with him.
Shortly after, Jamtoe pulled out his magic crystal and contacted Lord Bloodlan to give him the news.
"That is great news, Jamtoe. Now that there's no longer an obstacle in your way, you are now the King of the Kingdom of Wolfect. However, do not get complacent because you now work for High House. There, you work for me. Is that clear?" Lord Bloodlan asked, his voice firm and commanding.
"Yes, Lord Bloodlan, I am yours to command," Jamtoe replied.
"That is good to hear. I have some business to take care of. For now, what I want you to do is to just run your kingdom. I will contact you if I need you to do something," Lord Bloodlan said, before his holographic image disappeared.
Three hundred years later, the Kingdom of Grasslands, the Kingdom of Beastkind, and the Kingdom of Blast all fell under the rule of High House. Just like that, four of the five rich kingdoms were now controlled by High House. However, no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't seem to get the Kingdom of Novelist to submit to them, no matter what they did.
Seeing that they couldn't get the Kingdom of Novelist to submit, they started spreading rumours about Dragon Eye, the king.
They said he was a tyrant and that he was cruel to his people, and they did try to attack. They also tried to have him assassinated, but none of their tricks worked.
It was during this time a young man dressed in all black came to Dragon Eye and offered him some assistance. This young man was named A***** C*****.
Four hundred years later, three of the neighbouring kingdoms decided to plan an attack on Dragon Eye and his kingdom. But, with A***** C***** at the helm, Dragon Eye launched a counter-attack against the neighbouring kingdoms, conquering them in the process. He stood tall, his face set against the Kingdom of Grasslands, one of the last kingdoms standing.
The five kingdoms fell, and A***** C*****, whose real name was Alexi Century, was able to take his revenge on the Council of High House, destroying them in the process.
And that is everything that basically happened up to this point. However, not all of the Wolfect family members died. Two of them escaped: granddaughter Jamia Wolfect, and she had a son, his name is Jensen Wolfect. He also had a son, his name is James Wolfect. He became the God of Universal Travel and had a daughter with the Demon Queen, her name is Raina.
Jamten's eyes widened as Shadow Lightning spoke, a smile spreading across his face. "I return to you, your name: you are Jamten Wolfect again," Shadow Lightning said, his words bringing tears to Jamten's eyes.
"Thank you Lord shadow lightning," Jamten whispered, his voice trembling with emotion.
"If I may, Lord Shadow Lightning," one of Jamten's bodyguards said, "we would like to remain as the Phenomenon Six." All six of them nodded in agreement.
Shadow Lightning chuckled, a sly grin spreading across his face. "You know, I just made you guys say that because I got tired of writing... you know what, nevermind," he said, breaking the fourth wall and shrugging his shoulders.
Jamten's expression turned curious. "So, where do we go from here now?" he asked.
Shadow Lightning's smile grew wider. "Wherever you want to go. This will be the last time you see me. But before I go... Jamten Wolfect, I grant you my power as the First One. You are now the God of this world. Use your powers wisely. Also, when you get the chance, you should go and meet your descendants."
With that, Shadow Lightning disappeared into the abyss, leaving Jamten and the Phenomenon Six in stunned silence.
"So, where do we go from here, Lord Jamten?" Phenomenon One asked, his curiosity piqued.
Jamten scratched his beard thoughtfully. "Well, we have centuries of catching up and learning about the world, so we'll do that first. Then we'll travel, and finally, I'll go and meet my descendants," he said with a smile.
With a snap of his fingers, a portal burst into existence, shimmering with otherworldly energy. Jamten and his six bodyguards stepped through the portal, disappearing from sight. As they vanished, the air seemed to whisper: "The adventure begins..."
