While Alex and Dean were busy beating Chuck on a distant planet at the very edge of the Universe, a strange calm and silence reigned in the abandoned warehouse where the finale of the scenario written by Chuck had unfolded. Since Alex and Dean had disappeared into the portal into which Chuck had been thrown, only twenty minutes had passed.
By this time, Amara had finally merged with the second half of her power and now felt whole. For Amara herself, nothing had fundamentally changed, except that she had returned what had been stolen at the very beginning of this universe's birth.
Castiel was still holding the unconscious Sam, who at that moment was absorbing a huge amount of information. Castiel's gaze smoothly shifted to the torn-out piece of the wall where the door had previously been.
Raising his hand, Castiel snapped his fingers, and at the same moment Crowley and Rowena appeared next to him. Crowley's face instantly became blank, as if he had immediately come to terms with what was happening. Rowena, on the other hand, demonstratively exhaled through her nose and folded her arms across her chest.
"You could have let us go for old times' sake, Castiel, if that's what you're really called," Crowley said, shoving his hands into the pockets of his suit.
"I'm afraid I can't do that, Crowley. My brother has an offer for you. And you should listen to it," Castiel said, gently shaking his head.
"And if I'm not interested? Can I just leave and pretend I wasn't part of all this?" Crowley asked in a sarcastic tone, pretending that the current situation didn't bother him.
"I'm afraid if you do that, you'll share the same fate as the rest of the demons... So, do you still want to leave?" Castiel asked with a slight smile on his face, looking straight at Crowley.
Hearing this, Crowley opened his mouth and immediately closed it. It wasn't hard for him to guess what was happening in the world right now. After all, he had overheard everything that had been going on inside the warehouse as soon as Amara had appeared there. Alex's words had made it especially clear when he said that Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory would disappear.
And you didn't need to be a genius to figure out what would happen to the inhabitants of all those places. Meanwhile, Rowena watched what was happening with a calm gaze. She understood: since she was still alive, nothing threatened her in the near future. Rowena was also interested in the fact that Amara turned out not to be a villain, but the one who was supposed to rule this universe.
Narrowing her eyes, the witch thought for a moment about whether she should suck up to Amara again to stand by her side. But all these thoughts vanished from her head as soon as she met Castiel's calm gaze. He gently hinted that she should forget about all her tricks and simply stand quietly in place.
"Since we can't leave. Then may I ask a question, Castiel," Crowley said in an exaggerated tone, looking around until his gaze fell on Lucifer, chained to the floor with white chains.
"I suppose you may ask," Castiel said slowly, turning his head toward Crowley.
"What kind of being is Chuck? If he's not a god. And what will happen to all the souls? Where will they go?" Crowley asked with genuine interest, showing true curiosity about the answers.
"Chuck is just a parasite. As for who he is and where he comes from... Remember the Lovecraft books you came across when you and the old Castiel were looking for an entrance to Purgatory," Castiel said slowly, showing that he knew everything Crowley had done in the past.
At these words, Crowley frowned even more, slowly beginning to massage his forehead. Even after receiving such an obvious hint, it was still difficult for him to fully comprehend what kind of being Chuck was. Soon Crowley decided to simply skip this question and moved on to another.
He was more interested in what would happen to human souls and where they would go after all the previous afterlife realms ceased to exist. Castiel answered in the same soft tone that they would return to the natural cycle of reincarnation, as it was originally meant to be.
At such an answer, Crowley slightly raised an eyebrow, hearing a completely new concept of reincarnation for himself. Preparing to ask even more questions, Crowley heard the sound of footsteps. Everyone turned their heads in that direction, including Amara, who all this time had continued to look at the place where the portal that had hidden Alex and Dean had previously been.
Soon, Seras emerged from the dark corridor with a smile that instantly changed to embarrassment as soon as she noticed such intent gazes. Crowley recognized her, as he had already seen Seras once when he had escaped from Lucifer and was hiding in one of the seedy bars in London, where Alex had found him.
"Um, am I late?" Seras asked embarrassedly, lightly scratching her cheek with her finger.
"No, Seras, you're right on time," Castiel said with a smile, gently shaking his head.
"Phew, and I thought something had happened... Oh, before I forget! Anyway, we're done with Heaven, and all the souls are free now," Seras sighed with relief, wiping nonexistent sweat from her forehead.
"And where's Anderson?" Castiel asked with interest, noticing that Seras had come alone.
"Well... How to put it... He said he couldn't stand by while this filthy, despicable creature, defiling the name of the Creator, still exists... And so he went to Hell with the rest of the Iscariots to help GIR, MIMI, and Stitch," Seras said in an awkward tone, looking away and nervously rubbing her hands behind her back.
At that moment, even Castiel's calm face twitched for a moment. He knew what this crazy trio of GIR, MIMI, and Stitch was capable of; they only needed the slightest excuse to destroy something. After all, when they got bored for a moment, they could simply go and rob the nearest snack store.
Raising his hand, Castiel pinched the bridge of his nose — he hadn't even thought that his brother would send this trio to deal with Hell. He wasn't worried about Anderson and the Iscariots; he was more concerned about the consequences this crazy trio might cause. Even Crowley shuddered, imagining what was happening in Hell right now.
After all, he had also encountered this crazy trio, who could make noise for hours simply because they were bored. From these looks, Seras felt increasingly awkward, and she wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Unfortunately for her, she wasn't like Alucard, who simply informed what she had done and then left.
"Um, I think I'll go anyway. The girls are probably watching the broadcast where Alex and Dean are fighting Chuck right now," Seras said, preparing to leave to escape this awkward atmosphere.
"See you later, sister-in-law... And say hello to the others, especially my niece Alessa," Castiel said with a smile, lightly waving his free hand.
"I definitely will," Seras said with a bright smile, baring her fangs.
Before leaving, Seras turned to Amara and waved goodbye. A smile appeared on Amara's face, and she also waved goodbye. Amara sensed the same power from Seras as from Alex. And at the same time, Seras remained the same girl she had met in the past. After saying goodbye, Seras crouched slightly, and bat wings grew on her back.
Seras sharply jumped upward, breaking through the metal ceiling of the warehouse and flying out. At that moment, a loud bang came from above, indicating that Seras had flown off toward Forks. Crowley and Rowena watched this with blank gazes. They no longer tried to understand what was happening here and preferred to simply go with the flow, since no one was going to kill the two of them.
While all this was happening, Sam, whom Castiel was holding, began to slowly wake up. Sam's eyelids fluttered, and he opened his eyes. Before him, the images of those memories he had received from Alex still stood. And at the same time, this helped him realize the enormous scale of everything that was happening.
Those worlds that had been nothing more than plots of books to him turned out to be reality. But what really made Sam feel awkward was that the TV series about his life and Dean's life was not Chuck's joke at all, but the most real reality.
Castiel sensed that Sam had come to, and was quite surprised that he had woken up ahead of time. Helping Sam stand up straight, Castiel looked him in the eyes. Sam responded with a direct gaze and sighed heavily, explaining without words everything that was happening in his head right now.
"Look, the moose is awake. Did you sleep well, sleeping beauty? Don't worry, you didn't sleep through the end of the world. Or, one could say, you didn't sleep through anything at all," Crowley said in a sarcastic tone, noticing Sam's awakening.
"Shut up, Crowley... There's no more throne for you to sit on. And no demons to kiss your ass," Sam snapped, turning his head toward the now completely former King of Hell.
Crowley smirked and exaggeratedly raised his hands, showing how little he cared. He had already come to terms with the new reality. And in fact, he considered it a rather good situation. He no longer needed to bother about getting his Hell throne back and continuing to scheme against demons in order to subjugate them all and prevent another coup.
At that moment, Crowley felt a strange sense of freedom, as if everything that had been holding him back had finally gone. Sam just frowned and looked at Castiel again. At that moment, he needed only one confirmation to finally accept all the truth he had seen.
"So everything I saw was true?" Sam asked, wanting to get one last confirmation.
"Everything from the very beginning to the end. It's all true," Castiel said, nodding and confirming that everything Sam had seen was pure truth.
"Now I understand why Dean was so angry... I'm surprised he managed to hold on for so long... We're in for a very long conversation," Sam said, rubbing his forehead and accepting the new reality.
"I don't dare deny it, I was also surprised by Dean's endurance. And not only me, but Amara too," Castiel said, nodding toward Amara.
"It's really impressive. Dean's character in terms of endurance usually leaves much to be desired," Amara said with a smile, looking at Sam.
"I completely agree. And where are Alex and Dean? The last thing I remember from their conversation is that they were going to beat Chuck," Sam said, finally looking around and noticing that the two main participants were missing.
"They're at the edge of the Universe right now... And, let's say, it's a very entertaining sight. I never thought Dean could reach such a level of power," Castiel said, explaining where Alex and Dean were.
"Where are they?.. Did I mishear, or did you say they're at the edge of the damn Universe? That's not like going to the edge of the country. That's the edge of the damn Universe!" Crowley intervened, looking as if he had heard something absurd.
Rowena, although she said nothing, had a look of genuine shock on her face from such a scale. Especially considering that Dean was involved in all of it. As Crowley had said, this wasn't happening in the neighboring state, but literally at the edge of the Universe, on some planet no one had even heard of.
Although Sam reacted quite restrainedly, he was also interested in finding out how strong Dean had become under the influence of Amara's power. Before this, he had only seen that his brother could kick down iron gates with one kick of his foot. But a battle on a desolate planet was a completely different scale.
Noticing these gazes directed at him, Castiel expressed genuine bewilderment. He considered it logical that a battle of this level should take place somewhere at the very edge of the Universe, in an uninhabited galaxy, to minimize all the damage. Thinking for a moment, Castiel snapped his fingers, and a projection of that very distant planet where Alex and Dean were currently located appeared before them.
Seeing this, Sam approached closer to assess the scale of the destruction. Even Crowley and Rowena moved closer, wanting to look at the screen. Only Amara remained standing in place. She didn't need Castiel's help to see what was happening — she could see every corner of this universe if she wished.
The first thing they saw through the projection was complete devastation on the surface. Huge boulders lay everywhere, and a deep ravine gaped in the center of the scorched earth. But what attracted the most attention was the colossal crevice that stretched across the entire planet and went somewhere into the very depths of the planet.
"Mother of God... What the hell is this..." Rowena said in shock, seeing the scale of the battle.
"I think Dean got a little carried away with his powers," Castiel said thoughtfully, stroking his chin.
"What do you mean, got carried away? Are you saying that this damn line across the entire planet is Dean's doing? You must be joking?" Crowley asked in shock, turning to Castiel and pointing his finger at the projection.
"That's right. Dean still has trouble controlling the scale of such power. That's why I said he got a little carried away," Castiel said, nodding and not seeing any problem in it.
"A little carried away, huh? So a planet almost split in two is 'a little carried away'?" Crowley asked again, forcing a sarcastic smile and continuing to point his finger at the projection.
"Crowley, shut up and stop asking questions... Cas, where are Alex and Dean? Why can't we see them?" Sam asked, pushing Crowley aside so he would be quiet and trying to make out Alex and Dean on the projection.
"They're falling into the crevice right now. And currently falling toward the center of the planet, following Chuck," Amara's voice sounded as she pointed to where the two culprits of the planet's destruction had gone.
Hearing this, Sam sharply turned his head toward Amara and looked at her, surprised and asking if it was really all like that. Amara calmly nodded, confirming that Alex and Dean had indeed fallen into the crevice left by Dean. Sam sighed in shock and shifted his gaze to Castiel, silently asking him to make it possible to see this. Castiel carelessly shrugged and lightly ran his finger across the projection as if switching channels on a TV.
The next thing the shocked Sam, Crowley, and Rowena saw was two silhouettes rapidly falling downward. Squinting, Sam tried to make out who was Alex and who was Dean. And at that moment, loud screams mixed with such choice profanity that it was hard to mistake for anything else reached his ears.
The shock on Sam's face instantly changed to dull exhaustion, and he pinched the bridge of his nose out of old habit. Making this gesture, Sam caught himself thinking that he wasn't surprised at all: even in such a situation, falling at insane speed toward the center of the planet, Alex and Dean managed to furiously swear and insult each other.
"Why am I not surprised?" Crowley asked, listening to the choice profanity coming from the projection.
"You're not the only one, Fergus. The entire scale of shock from what we saw instantly evaporated as soon as we heard this," Rowena said in a dry tone, lazily waving her hand and looking at her nails.
"Oh, I mostly hope they just stop arguing... Wait, what's that?" Sam said tiredly, removing his hand from his face and noticing a strange glow on the projection.
Meanwhile, Alex and Dean continued to fall into the crevice following Chuck, not stopping for a moment to insult each other. Alex was angry at Dean because he had asked him to hold back. But Dean, being himself, had decided to "go all out," as he himself had put it. As a result, this led to Winchester practically splitting the planet in two with just one blow, after which they had safely fallen down. And what really angered Alex was that Dean hadn't even hit Chuck, but had simply missed.
Falling into the crevice, Dean had first tried to justify himself by saying he was doing something like this for the first time. But, listening to the endless stream of insults from Alex, which were clearly audible even through the whistling wind in their ears, Dean quickly stopped justifying himself and began furiously cursing Alex in response. Continuing to fall downward, Alex and Dean fell silent for a moment when they saw a strange purple glow deep below.
Exchanging glances, Alex and Dean immediately pushed off from each other. At that moment, a charge of purple plasma shot out from the depths of the crevice, disintegrating everything it touched. Alex dug his fingers into the planet's rock, hanging over the abyss, and raised his gaze to Dean, who was on the other side of the crevice, having driven the First Blade into the stone wall.
"What the hell was that?" Dean asked, raising his gaze upward and seeing that one of the planet's satellites had simply disappeared after being hit by the purple plasma.
"What do you mean, what? Chuck decided to shoot a laser at us from his ass. But, just like you, his aim is off," Alex said, standing horizontally on the wall and looking downward.
"Are you kidding? What is he going to shoot the laser from? His eyes? His ass? Or from what exactly does he fire the laser?" Dean shouted in shock, continuing to hang over the abyss and clinging to the hilt of the Blade.
Alex looked at Dean and asked if it really mattered from which exact part of his body Chuck was shooting lasers capable of erasing matter. Dean carelessly shrugged, showing that he was just curious. Shaking his head, Alex extended his hand upward, and the space above him cracked. At that moment, the axe "Leviathan" flew out of the rift, obediently landing in his palm.
Dean felt the air around him become so icy with the appearance of the axe that steam instantly came from his mouth. Squeezing the weapon in his hands, Alex looked at Dean and pointed his finger downward, making it clear that it was time to stop empty talk and finally smear Chuck across the center of the planet. Seeing this, Dean grinned even wider and confidently stood horizontally on the stone wall of the crevice himself.
"Then don't lag behind. Whoever's last buys the beer," Alex said, preparing to start running down the wall.
"Oh no. You dragged me into this, so you buy," Dean said with a smirk, slightly cracking his neck.
Finishing his speech, Alex and Dean instantly broke from their spots and rushed down the vertical cliff. The walls they had just been standing on were instantly destroyed by such a sharp jerk, and huge stone boulders began to fall after them. Alex and Dean broke one sound barrier after another, leaving only complete chaos in their wake.
At some point, Alex noticed the purple glow again. A moment later, they saw the outlines of Chuck's silhouette, from whose maw this light was bursting. Pushing off from the wall, Alex caught up with one of the falling boulders and hooked it firmly with the axe. Spinning in place, he powerfully threw the block downward.
The projectile instantly gained colossal speed and flew straight at the target like a meteorite engulfed in flame. Before Chuck could release the laser again, a red-hot massive piece of rock crashed into him at full speed.
Receiving a blow from a piece of red-hot rock, Chuck spun during his fall, and the purple plasma salvo from his maw began firing uncontrollably in all directions. This caused even more destruction, forcing new tectonic plates to collapse downward. Because Chuck's laser was chaotically cutting through space, Alex and Dean had to push off from the wall to avoid getting hit.
Alex knew that something like this wouldn't hurt him, but that didn't mean he was going to take every hit like an idiot. Pushing off from the cliff, they began falling downward, using the falling boulders as platforms to push off from them and catch up with the target faster. Thanks to this maneuver, Alex and Dean practically caught up with Chuck.
Noticing that they had gotten close enough, Dean shouted, attracting Alex's attention, and extended his hand toward him. Alex understood without words: he immediately pushed off from another boulder and firmly grabbed Dean's palm. Dean spun Alex, as they had done before, and powerfully threw him downward.
Alex flew at such speed that he left a plasma trail behind him, instantly igniting the falling stone fragments — they instantly turned into flowing magma. At enormous speed, Alex crashed with both feet into Chuck's stomach. Pressing down with all his weight, Alex sent Chuck flying toward the very core of the planet at an even greater speed.
At the last moment, Alex managed to push off from Chuck, giving him even more acceleration during the fall. Flipping in the air, Alex landed spectacularly on that same falling stone fragment on which Dean was standing. A moment later, they began to clearly see the center of the planet they were approaching at insane speed. The closer they got to the depths, the clearer the outlines of the core became.
It was a colossal, smooth metal monolith compressed under monstrous pressure. Soon the stone fragment on which Alex and Dean were flying broke through the remains of the crust and rushed at full speed toward the iron anvil. Before the boulder could touch the planet's core and shatter into dust, Alex and Dean synchronously jumped in different directions to avoid a hard collision.
Landing on the smooth surface of the core, they immediately began dodging the huge fragments falling after them. Shifting "Leviathan" to his other hand, Alex sharply waved his palm, summoning another weapon. From the opened portal flew the spiritual spear Chastiefol, which instantly shattered several nearby stone blocks into dust.
"Chastiefol, Form Five: Multiplication!" Alex shouted, controlling Chastiefol.
Chastiefol shone brightly, and a moment later the spear split into hundreds of small tips that, like an enraged swarm of bees, began knocking down the falling rock fragments. Dean, dodging the flying stones and crushing them with the First Blade, watched with admiration as this glowing swarm cleared the sky in seconds.
Raising an eyebrow in surprise, Dean looked at Alex, who was lazily moving his finger, directing the projectiles. After destroying the last block, Alex made a final gesture, and Chastiefol obediently returned to its previous form, hovering behind his back and slowly rotating. When all the falling fragments disappeared, Dean appeared next to Alex and shook the dust off his flannel shirt with interest.
"Cool toy you have there. What else do you have stashed away?" Dean asked, turning to Alex.
"A lot of things. And soon there will be another addition to my collection, after we kill Chuck... So get ready. He's already recovered after the last hit," Alex said, placing "Leviathan" on his shoulder and lighting a cigarette with his free hand.
"So round three..." Dean muttered, turning in the direction from which he distinctly felt a strange and sticky presence.
Alex and Dean looked in one direction and saw how something shapeless appeared among the fragments, with difficulty resembling the outlines of a man. Chuck's true form resembled a strange dark slime that had taken the silhouette of a man, whose body was covered with dozens of chewing mouths and a multitude of chaotically rotating eyes.
Seeing this, Dean slightly moved his neck, feeling the hair on his arms stand on end. It seemed to him that his entire essence rejected such a sight of Chuck, as if he shouldn't exist in reality at all. With each of his steps, Chuck twitched strangely, and a creepy static interference arose around him.
Taking a few more steps, Chuck stopped, and dozens of eyes on his slimy body synchronously turned toward Alex and Dean. The monster twitched slightly, and the mouths with sharp teeth stopped chaotically chewing themselves, freezing in one position. Alex slightly raised an eyebrow, thoughtfully noting to himself that Nyarlathotep had perhaps simply molded Chuck from a Shoggoth, since he looked so pathetic.
"And I was trapped. I was alone… Had no body… No senses… No feelings… I was at the very bottom… Looking at the top of the tree… I was… I was… And I began to hate… Hate… Hate…" the mouths on Chuck's body began to speak one after another in a distorted voice, interrupting each other.
Hearing Chuck's distorted voice, Dean covered one ear with his hand, feeling as if someone was scratching a nail right under his skull. This sound was so unpleasant that if Dean had still been a normal human, he would have instantly gone mad and died. Alex, on the other hand, calmly smoked his cigarette, tapping the shaft of "Leviathan" on his shoulder.
He knew perfectly well what tree Chuck was talking about and what platform was at its top. But none of that mattered right now. After all, since Chuck's physical shell had been destroyed, it was time to destroy the pulp and finally go home. Squeezing the cigarette between his teeth, Alex lowered the axe and gripped the hilt with both hands.
Slightly clenching his fingers, he was going to use one large-scale strike to test Chuck's endurance at this stage. The blade of "Leviathan" instantly became covered with a thick layer of icy crust. And at that moment, Alex delivered a crushing strike from top to bottom, bringing the axe down onto the surface of the planet's core.
From the collision of the weapon with the metal monolith, a colossal icy shockwave formed, which rushed toward Chuck at insane speed. From such power, Dean involuntarily stepped back, covering his face with his hand.
Hiding from the flying ice shards, Dean felt his arm instantly become covered with a layer of nanites that in a second turned into dense armor up to his shoulder, protecting him from the cold and ice.
Shaking the ice off the armor, Dean looked at the giant ice spikes protruding from under the metal surface. And at the very end of this clearing stood Chuck, firmly encased in a gigantic block of ice.
"Well, holy shit... Just don't tell me that this is, as they say, it, and we can calmly leave," Dean whistled, seeing the scale of Alex's strike.
"Does he look dead?" Alex asked, exhaling a thick cloud of steam mixed with cigarette smoke.
"No, he looks more like that thing from the movies where scientists find God knows what in the ice, and then everyone dies from that thing," Dean said as if it was all absolutely obvious.
"Then don't ask stupid questions. Better hit Chuck again... Just don't miss this time. I don't want to fight in a vacuum. It's inconvenient," Alex said, nodding his chin toward Chuck frozen in the ice.
"Let's do without the lectures... I told you back then, I was doing something like this for the first time," Dean said, lightly waving the First Blade and pointing it at Alex.
Alex exaggeratedly rolled his eyes and lazily deflected the First Blade from his face with his finger, redirecting it toward Chuck. Dean chuckled, gripping the hilt of the First Blade with both hands as if holding a heavy two-handed sword. Dean's gaze instantly became serious when a dense dark aura flared up around his body. The small First Blade in Dean's hands instantly transformed into a huge sword from which thick black smoke billowed.
Gripping the hilt even tighter, Dean delivered one powerful horizontal strike. When Dean swung the black sword, nothing happened at first. But in the next instant, a deafening crash sounded, followed by a colossal shockwave. All the ice created by Leviathan's strike instantly shattered into dust, turning into myriads of tiny shards.
Even Chuck, buried under this thickness, broke into tiny black icy particles. From the fragments that fell onto the mirror surface of the planet's core, thick black smoke began to emanate, which rapidly absorbed the remains of the ice, including those pieces in which Chuck's particles remained.
"Look, I told you I could handle it. When he's not moving, it's much easier to hit," Dean said with a cocky smirk, genuinely rejoicing at the destruction one of his strikes had brought.
"Yeah, you straight up became an anime hero. Fine, I'll buy you beer after all this," Alex responded lazily, extending his fist toward Dean.
"Well, it's not like you're the only one who always acts like an anime hero and steals cool tricks from there," Dean laughed, lightly bumping fists with Alex.
Bumping fists, Alex and Dean synchronously laughed. But their laughter quickly died down when they once again heard the unpleasant static noise. Turning their heads, they saw that the fragments of Chuck's body, shattered into many pieces, began to strangely tremble and writhe.
Seeing this, Alex irritably rubbed his forehead. He had thought that two large-scale strikes would be quite enough to finally destroy this bastard. Considering that first Chuck had been frozen by a force capable of turning an entire universe into an icy wasteland, and then received a second strike carrying the pure power of the Primordial Goddess of this universe.
But, as it turned out, that wasn't enough. Watching as Chuck's particles crawled in one direction, Alex and Dean reacted differently. Dean irritably spat at his feet, calling Chuck a tenacious bastard, while Alex tiredly clicked his tongue, once again complaining that all such creatures always seemed to have three phases.
"So it's round three?" Dean asked tiredly, tapping the First Blade on his shoulder and looking at Alex.
"So it's round three..." Alex replied, putting away "Leviathan" and preparing to summon another weapon.
"Just don't tell me that all such bastards are this tenacious? We're not playing a video game here," Dean said irritably, pointing at Chuck, who was slowly taking on his true slimy form.
"All complaints can be left with Nyan-Nyan. She'll happily listen to you. Or maybe not," Alex said, summoning Yamato in his hand to definitely chop Chuck into pieces.
"I'd rather refuse. She's your girlfriend and the mother of your daughter. So you talk to her... And now, round three," Dean quickly rattled off, waving his hand and deftly changing the subject.
Alex just laughed at Dean's serious tone and calmly unsheathed "Yamato." Dean took a deep breath, carefully watching Chuck and thinking on the fly about other ways to destroy this creature. He had known from the very beginning that Chuck would turn out to be a difficult opponent.
And in order to be ready for possible future clashes with similar entities, Dean was going to thoroughly remember their behavior and better understand exactly how they should be killed. Gradually, the swarm of nanites completely covered both of Dean's arms, encasing them in black armor studded with sharp spikes. Black marks of Darkness crawled up Dean's neck, reaching his cheeks.
He was going to put the maximum of his power into this third round. Seeing Dean's readiness, Alex approvingly nodded his head and continued to carefully scan Chuck. Alex was still clearly adhering to his old plan — to make Dean strong enough so that in the future he could single-handedly destroy beings of this scale.
To be continued...
(I could have finished the battle in one chapter, of course. But Chuck turned out to be more resilient than I expected. And of course, I needed to show how much Dean's strength had improved. Yes, Dean Winchester can practically split a planet with a single blow of his blade. Really cool. Dean unwillingly became the partner and future husband of the Primeval Goddess, and bam, now he's an OP character too. Hehehe. Okay, time to eat and play FF7. And think about whether to buy the next game. Or just watch the video on YouTube. Peace, love, and Dean is now an anime character.)
