Chapter 91 - Chapter 90: Your Courier Has Been Delivered

"Yes, but I have one condition!" Kitajima Yuko said after a brief pause.

"That is... all of you must kneel before me!"

"..."

"Fine." Swartz frowned, then took the lead and knelt on one knee, followed by Heure.

Sougo exchanged glances with the others. Reluctantly, even Gates knelt down, heads bowed.

Four kings — Gates, Sougo, Swartz, and Heure — all kneeling together. A scene so rare, it could be called historical.

"Is that to your liking?" Swartz asked through gritted teeth.

"Very much so," Yuko replied with a satisfied smile. Then, without another word, she turned and walked away.

"Wait! What do you mean by that?!" Swartz called out in frustration.

"I changed my mind," she said coolly. "I'm the queen. Joining forces with you pitiful lot? What a disgrace."

"You damn brat! Do you even understand the situation?!" Swartz shouted furiously.

"I don't need your permission to act," she sneered.

"Pfft!" Heure couldn't help laughing.

How could he not? That line was Swartz's personal catchphrase — thrown right back at him.

Swartz's composure collapsed completely. His face contorted in rage, teeth clenched in humiliation.

So this... this is what happens when a sycophant tries too hard.

"Um... Sister Yuko, do you remember me?" Sougo asked timidly, full of hope, as she turned to leave.

"Pfft..." Gates almost burst out laughing but was promptly silenced by Tsukuyomi and Woz.

"Of course, I remember you!" she replied casually.

Who the heck is this again? Yuko didn't have a clue, but she could tell Sougo was easy to manipulate, so she gave the answer he wanted without thinking too hard.

Anyone with common sense could tell she was bluffing. But Sougo? He was already in a different world.

So smitten, he didn't even realize she'd left. He just stared, dreamy-eyed, until Gates dragged him back to 9-5 Do.

Back home, Sougo sipped his glass of milk and smiled dreamily. "Yup... Sister Yuko is my sailor suit sister!"

"..."

"I'll leave her to you guys!" Gates muttered and shoved Sougo out the door.

"What about you?"

"We're going to find Ryuga for help."

"Oh, alright…"

So Sougo wandered off happily. The others planned to find Ryuga — and how? Simple. Just wait until lunchtime.

He always showed up at the restaurant on time. Let Sougo go out and "work"; the rest of them would stay back and enjoy dessert in peace.

Meanwhile, Sougo caught up with Kitajima Yuko again — just as she was attacking her third target.

Charging in recklessly, he engaged in yet another painful "lesson in love."

Feigning concern, Yuko bandaged one of his minor wounds — just to get under his skin.

Sougo looked up, dazed. "Can I… call you sailor suit sister?"

"No," she said bluntly. "What kind of stupid name is that?"

"Oh…" Sougo lowered his head, dejected. "Sister Yuko… Actually, I have a dream. I want to be king."

"Hmm? Just like me?" she raised an eyebrow.

"Then, you can be king, and I'll be queen. Let's rule the world together, shall we?"

"Wait—what?! You mean… get married?!" Sougo leapt up in shock.

"And have lots of children," she said with a sly grin.

I suspect you're being lewd — and I have evidence!

"C-children?!" Sougo stammered.

"No, no, you're joking, right?" He shook his head and snapped out of his fantasy. "Let's be serious. Please, stop the revenge. This path doesn't suit you."

"Really?" she squinted at him, smiling. "Understood."

"Really?!" Sougo beamed.

"You shouldn't believe a word she says," came a gravelly voice nearby.

"Who are you?!"

"I'm Kiva's servant. I've protected her for years," said the gruff-looking man, revealing himself. "I know her better than anyone. Her heart… is rotten."

"I don't care!" Sougo growled.

Seeing that the man had shifted into his monstrous form and was now attacking Yuko, Sougo stepped in, transforming and taking the blows in her place.

But the truth was, he couldn't even handle one of this guy — let alone four. He was pounded into the dirt, again and again.

Eventually, the beast sighed, shifted back to human form, and tossed Sougo a knight watch.

"I've been searching for someone to inherit this. You may be green, but you're the only one left. Just… don't use it to disgrace Kiva's legacy."

Sougo, wounded and still processing the words, barely registered the Kiva Ride Watch in his hand. He turned around to seek comfort from Yuko again… but she was already gone.

He returned to 9-5 Do, alone.

After lunch, a new alert came: Another Kiva was attacking.

Sougo rushed out again. The others, with full stomachs, asked Ryuga to handle the threat.

"That one?" Tsukuyomi pointed toward the Kamen Rider Galaxy, which was glowing ominously.

"Hmph. The Kamen Rider Galaxy's power? I outgrew that eons ago," said Ryuga. With a gesture, a massive black hole appeared above the target.

As he pressed his hand downward, the black hole descended slowly.

The Kamen Rider Galaxy entity tried to flee, but the overwhelming cosmic gravity trapped it like an insect in amber. Being nothing but unstable energy, it had no hope of escape. Slowly, it was devoured.

"Give me a watch," Ryuga said to Gates once the energy dissipated.

"Uh… Oh, right!" Gates handed him a Ride Watch.

Ryuga smacked him on the head. "A blank one!"

"Right, right!" Gates sheepishly swapped it out.

Ryuga absorbed the condensed power into the blank Ride Watch, which quickly morphed into a new Future Knight Watch.

Your Bandai Toy Express has arrived. Please sign for delivery.

"It seems even when using a Time-Space Ride Watch, the power defaults to a Woz-type Future Watch," Ryuga mused. He tossed it to Woz.

"Thank you, Brother Ryuga!" Woz grinned, accepting the watch gratefully.

If shouting "Brother Ryuga" gets me this kind of gift, Woz thought, I'll chant it every day until the world ends.

"Whatever," Gates muttered. "He's the weakest among us anyway."

Woz didn't even bother responding. He saved his energy for flattery, not arguments.

The mood at headquarters was strangely "harmonious." But elsewhere, Sougo had no time for peace.

He arrived just in time… to witness Kitajima Yuko execute her three remaining revenge targets in front of him.

"Sister Yuko! Why?!" he shouted, devastated, as the bodies dissolved into sparkling fragments.

"You promised me you'd stop!"

"I will… once I finish rewriting this world's laws," she said coldly.

"Now, Sougo… Do you want to know why I became this way?"

She looked up at the gray, rainy sky.

"It's the rain," she said with a twisted smile.

Rain: Meow???

"My mother told me it rained heavily the day I was born… And since then, it never stopped raining…"

Sougo stepped forward. "Then… I'll be your umbrella, Sister Yuko."
