When a meteor fell on the earth, everything was extinguished, including many big forests and the Amazon. The radiation dispersed across the sky, corrupting every living being.
Amidst this devastation, a kind monk embarked on a journey to plant seeds across the globe, driven by hope for a future renewal. Despite his efforts, he witnessed only despair and no sign of growth before he passed away.
Yet, his determination was not in vain. His seeds eventually took root, and from the ashes of catastrophe emerged a remarkable symbol of rebirth. The first tree to thrive after this calamity in the Estomoforest. The land of insects. This tree, known as La Vida—Spanish for "Life"—became a beacon of hope.
La Vida is more than just a tree; it's a living network, connecting thousands of roots, animals, insects, and local tribes. At around 210 years old, it stands as a young yet formidable presence. Infused with pure M2 energy, La Vida's presence nurtures and supports the surrounding land, embodying the resilience and revival that followed the darkness.
This was the main reason all the mutants wanted pure M2 magic. Their greed couldn't see further than money, which led to depravity toward those innocent creatures.
Back to Eros, whose upper body was aching and who had difficulty in breathing. He was fully relying on his instinct, carrying Klaus on his back. He was crawling a narrow tunnel where no ray of light penetrated. Mir was guiding him as he was chatting unstoppably.
For the first time, he thought that his voice was useful to him. He concentrated his voice as he crawled forward. Sadly, he lost 50% of his vision because of sweet poison. It was a miracle he was alive.
"How far do we have to go? " He questioned in an irritated voice. Fully discontent for having a disadvantage.
Sometimes he wondered why women were so devious and full of lies. Couldn't they use fists instead of deceit?
He had a hunch that Luna held resentment towards him for what he had done to her in the past. Although the list was so long that he had almost forgotten half of it. Nothing is more vicious than a woman's wrath. And Eros personally experienced this.
He sighed heavily and moved forward.
"Luna, you crazy kitten. If you are listening to me, then come out. " Eros shouted, unable to endure this anymore.
Mir turned back and suggested. "Don't shout, or you will wake up, big brother. At the current scenario, it is best for you to be quiet. "
Inwardly, Eros was fuming like a mad dog who was ready to bite. Still, he chose to listen to Mir's words.
'Luna, I will not forgive you. You are a bitch that doesn't deserve a husband. No wonder you adopted so many animals. Wait and watch, you crazy flat-chested woman. "
Mir stopped. "We reached our destination." He said it flatly.
The bright light shone upon the tunnel, indicating they had arrived at Luna's residence.
Eros' mood slightly lifted up. This led him to an irrational decision, as he jumped discreetly without waiting for Mir's warning.
He first noticed a massive wooden door that was 5 metres tall. It was an arch wooden door which had engravings of flowers. There were four snakes which had similarities to Abel except their patterns were different. All had green and black stripes on their heads and tails. They must be security guards of Citadel. Fortunately, they didn't sense his presence yet.
Mir whispered, "You shouldn't go against him. Those guards will hunt you down. At the current scenario, it is better for you to enter quietly. "
Eros ignored his suggestions and was preparing himself for a fight. Based on Luna's personality, she would not want chaos in her land. So it is better he encountered her first. Not to mention he was holding a grudge against her.
"Mushroom, guide me. " Mir nodded as he sighed helplessly.
Eros was standing tall in front of giant snakes that were giving him a fierce look. He spat, then smiled grimly.
"Minion, let me enter. " His voice was barely audible, as he was sweating a lot.
"Go away, you human." One of the guards said it politely, yet Eros could feel a menacing gaze.
"Let me ente—. "
His eyes were hazy, and a second later his feet stumbled, but he carried himself. The poison was infecting his organs despite him being immune to all poisonous substances. At this rate Eros might be in great danger. Even catching a breath was a challenge to him. Let alone combat with those bastards. Watching Eros pathetically, guards sneered at him. He couldn't tolerate it and moved his fist on one of the guards.
"Shut up, you maggot. You are disturbing me." He shouted.
Other guards watched him flying backwards and crashing into the door. The man was pissed off, and it was better for them to be quiet.
Guards were infuriated and couldn't stand this humiliation; their own mate, mocked by a human, was a laughing stock for them. After all, guarding this place was a symbol of prestige, respect, and power.
"You a@shole, how dare you punch at my friend. I will dig you alive, madman." One of the guards cursed.
Eros' face darkened by their chirping; his vein was bulging out in rage.
"So much noise."
Within a second, Eros disappeared from their vision.
Guards were looking back and forth but couldn't trace his scent. But Eros forgot that snakes were sensitive to temperature. Moreover, their night vision was better than mutants.
"Here he is. Guys, catch this sh*tmage."One of the giant snakes, which had a heart-shaped stripe on his head, yelled; he had a PhD in cursing. His name is Dos.
"Motherf*cker!" Dos cast his first spell. Many ice shards started falling around his face. The spike was lethal enough to injure him, but it let the temperature fall, which was advantageous for guards.
"That guy needs his ass kicked for injuring my friend. What a waste of cum! "
Eros's eyes went to Dos, who was projecting out his tongue and showing his fangs. "Your thing will fall off if you keep on staring at me like that. Ya think a penis makes ye dominate; think again. Typical for a toxic man."
Eros opened his mouth in shock, dodging those ice shards. The ice shards were coming from every direction, so he didn't have a place to hide. Yet Eros was calm as a monk.
However, Dos mocked him again in a purgatory manner. "You know what? I have two penises and am the father of hundreds of children, unlike you." He winked at him, indicating he was not afraid of him.
How did Dos know about Eros not having a single child? Of course, Luna was the culprit behind it, as she had told most of his stories, including him being a virgin.
"Take that, Virgin!" Dos casted another spell.
