Not human did not mean better than human. Them not being human did not give them the right to stand on the same level as Mistra. They should bow down and prostrate themselves before her grandeur.
If they did not, she would simply smite them.
However, as pillars of white, purifying divine energy rained down upon the trio like hellfire, Mistra was slowly beginning to realize that they hadn't challenged her without something to lean on.
