The large screen displayed real-time images of major European cities in separate frames: protesters in front of Whitehall in London, student gatherings under the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, union demonstrations at Venice Square in Rome... and the crowd moving toward the Town Hall in Victoria Square, Birmingham.
"Birmingham's level of organization is clearly higher." Director Hans Vogt of the German Federal Constitutional Protection Bureau (BfV) pointed at the screen, "Speech rhythm, crowd guidance, media coordination—there's a professional team behind it."
Minister of Internal Affairs Manfred Kantor frowned, "Can it be confirmed that it's Mexico's 'Spring Planting'?"
