Lingling and Qingxue were on their way back from the cemetery, and Qingxue remained low-spirited, her eyes filled with deep sadness. Lingling had experienced such things before, so she naturally understood Qingxue's feelings. Comfort was useless; she just gently held Qingxue's hand.
As the car passed through the bustling city, Lingling glanced outside and suddenly noticed a familiar figure, "Stop the car!"
Qingxue stopped the car, "What's wrong?"
"Look, who is that?"
Lingling pointed with her hand, but when Qingxue looked over, all she saw was the entrance to an empty shop by the street and nothing else.
"Lingling, what are you talking about?" Qingxue checked again but still saw nothing.
Lingling hesitated for a moment, "Qingxue, stop the car here and wait for me. I feel like I've seen someone familiar; I'll go take a look. I'll be back in a bit!"
Qingxue nodded and parked the car beneath a tree by the roadside, quietly waiting for Lingling.
