Chapter 4 - Going ahead

The system is something like a guide for people or something they can use to see their certain status; at least that's what I read from the novels.

"Bwahahaha! Behold, I am the creator of the system! And master praised me for it!" Nikola danced around in front of the others.

I just said, "Good job!" to him; he must have gotten some inspiration from the novels I read.

He tends to listen well when I talk about the novels, so he pretty much copied almost the entirety of the system and called himself the creator of it.

It's no surprise since he's the brains of the group.

"Oh! So this is a system! Isn't this interesting, Alicia?" Chloe was quite happy with the system.

"Tch... This was only supposed to be made for master and me! How could you all do this? If master had not asked, none of you would have it!" Nikola started to grumble in the corner.

It's too good to be kept only by me, after all, and there's also a chat feature we can use when we get to the human realm.

"So when are you leaving?" Mother sat in a white throne, sipping tea; her legs were crossed.

"Amaryllis will decide that. She's excited to be the planner. After all, I hope you can manage everything, Mother."

"Oh ho? It's quite embarrassing for you to call me Mother since I'm an inferior self. Please call me by other names."

She's right; being called Mother when she was just created a few days back must feel weird.

"Then I guess I can call you Solana, right?"

"It's the name you have given me; therefore, I will cherish that name for all eternity and will not let anyone disrespect it."

It's just a name, though; no need to be serious about it.

"So! Can we also call you by that name?" Chloe excitedly hovered around Solana.

Solana smiled and pushed her away. "Hahaha, nope! It's the right only given to the master."

"Awww," Chloe sulked in the corner along with Nikola, and then a sudden gush of wind encircled us.

"In three... two... one—"

Something came down from above, causing the palace to shift a bit, but as the dust disappeared, we saw Amaryllis standing there.

"I've figured it out!" Looks like she got a breakthrough.

"Settle down, everyone! I'll announce how we will go down to the human realm!"

With that, I sat beside Solana on another throne while the others sat on the ground, and again the chalkboard appeared.

"In order for the master to go down to the human realm, he needs to have a vessel! A human vessel to contain his divine nature."

She drew a human body on the board... well, a stick man, but still, it's a person, so it counts for her.

"It's not simple, though; the vessel must be pure, because if it isn't, then kaboom! Pow! Boooosh!" She scribbled all over the stick man.

"The vessel explodes; it's that simple."

Nikola raised his hand to ask a question.

"So how will we find a pure vessel? Almost if not all of mankind has done something bad in their lives."

"It seems I've outsmarted you on this one, Nikola! The vessel will be a newborn! Obviously!"

"Obviously not! Oi, you're thinking of making our master wait for years before he can walk and even talk!?"

"Geh, well, I'm sure he won't mind." She looked at me with a pleading expression, so I sighed.

"I don't mind; I've waited for millions. How long is a few decades?"

"But master...." Nikola didn't say a word after that, as a being who had lived since the beginning of time. Decades in a human body, It wouldn't be too hard, right?

"Well, that settles it! Come, master; I'll teach you how to bring your entire existence into a human vessel."

"Go where exactly?" Before she could drag me away, I had to ask.

"To my bedroom, of course!" Nikola hit her on the head, pulled her away from me, and said, "Do it here, you horny creation!"

"Krrrr, you're seriously ruining my mood today on purpose, Nikola."

"My mood had already been shattered, so I don't mind ruining someone else's."

"Oh? A fight! Lemme in!" Before the other two could notice, Gawain had already jumped towards them with a full fist.

Now the real fight has started. I'll just let them be. Then I snapped my fingers, and all three of them disappeared.

They were in a far-off place where nothing existed—more of a void—where they could fight freely.

Crack!

Ah, on second thoughts, maybe they shouldn't fight. The palace began to crumble, and cracks appeared one after another.

"Don't worry, master! Send me out so I'll stop them!" Chloe stood there, high and mighty, so I snapped my fingers again, and Chloe disappeared.

.....

It was quiet now. Chloe started to do her job. Are the universes damaged in any way? Well, not that it matters.

"Master, will you be taking all eight of them when you go to the human realm?"

".... You don't have to worry about that, Solana. I've already decided who will stay. Believe me, you don't want to be alone in this vast place."

"Hehehe, thank you...."

Crack! Crash!

Two towers on each side of the palace fell, and the fountain stopped pumping water. The leaves on the bushes started to fall off.

Solana and I looked at each other, scoffing and sighing at the end.

"Half of your power? I wonder how strong I am," she waved her hand around, and I grinned.

"Why don't you test it out?" With that, I snapped my fingers again, and this time Solana disappeared.

I sat while sipping tea, waiting patiently.

"Diana?"

"Yes, master?"

"Have rooms ready for our patients; they'll need proper rooms after this."

"Yes, master," she bowed and left, walking towards the palace. Then, again, the crushing and crumbling sound appeared.

Seconds later.

"Master..." Diana came back immediately after she left, with a smile on her face, but I was getting an angry vibe from her.

"Please send me towards the others." As I looked back, the entire palace had crumbled into pieces; not a single structure remained.

"No." I snapped my fingers again, and I teleported myself into the void and saw the five of them.

I should stop them, but I remembered something: 10 percent—that's the power I have left.

"Eh, who cares?" I positioned my hands, my right at the top and my left at the bottom. It was like I was about to clap, but in an upward and downward position.

Then I pictured all five of them gathering into one place and smacked both my hands together.

That should do it.

I looked at them, and all of them were being crushed into one place, but there was nothing; it was more or less like a gravitational force.

They cannot see it but can feel it.

"Arrrrgaaah!!!" Solana screamed out and was released from that space, and so was Amaryllis. Soon after, the others followed.

"What was that?!" Solana pointed out while looking at the others.

"Son of a bitch! I'll kill whoever did thaaaaa—" it was only then that Amaryllis saw me and fell silent.

But seconds later, she glanced at Nikola and punched him relentlessly while screaming, "How could you do thaaaaat!"

"....." We were all silent as Amaryllis continued to beat up Nikola, but even then, Nikola smiled, knowing why Amaryllis was beating him up.

"Two days from now, Master will go to the human realm!" Amaryllis exclaimed joyfully while kneeling on the ground.

"Why am I involved?" Solana exclaimed as I tied all of them in chains.

Ignoring her plea, I walked away and went into a small house recently built by Amell.

"Furniture, bed, table, and reading materials are already inside," he said, standing by the door and opening it.

His work is always divine; well, he is literally divine. After all, I leaped towards the bed as it bounced up and down.

"Status open." A screen appeared, and everything was really strange; everything had a question mark on it.

Divinity, strength, endurance, stamina, and all the others were just question marks. Is this system really not meant for me?

There's a long list of things I can do, but I won't bother reading everything.

I noticed a phrase at the very bottom of the screen. Wait, Amaryllis did say that I need to say this phrase in order to go to the human realm.

Should I try it?

I contemplated for a long time before coming to a decision. And my reason? Couldn't they just find me the moment I reincarnate into a human body?

With that decision in mind, I said it.

"————" There was no dramatic light, but only a slight feeling of dizziness as I closed my eyes.

I'll be waiting for them—a decade, or maybe just a few seconds; who knows? But I'm sure they'll locate me eventually; after all, they're my creations.
