"I'm sorry, but you don't have to be rude, as you can see, I'm not blind, I just hit you by mistake" I said then walked away. I entered my office, I heard the phone ring as I stepped in, I quickly rushed to answer it.
"Hello, this is Mr. Tariq's P.A. how may I help you?"
"Yo, Lauren guess what?"
"Nelly? is that you?" I asked
"Girl, you know it's me, now guess what"
"Nelly, you know you can't use this line to call me if it's not an emergency"
"Girl this shit important, why do you think I've called"

"Girl, guess what" Nelly insisted

"I heard that the boss is here in New York"
"Are you being serious, we all know he's in the UK" I said as I settled in my chair not falling for any of nelly's tricks.
"They also said he's on his way here now, in fact I'm sure he's already here now"
"Nelly, you know it's not possible he hasn't been in New York like forever"
"Lauren what's wrong with you, why are you sounding this way, I know you're always serious and that shit but you're being too serious, is there a problem?"
"Nelly, I'm good there's no problem"
