Nathan and the others had arrived on the beach west of the empire. Since the matter wasn't spread, no one was seeing them off, which was what Nathan wanted as well.
They had disrupted this continent enough, so it was best to just go back. Besides, they had gotten a lot of benefits.
Crotto, the alien, accompanied them as well. Luna had introduced him to them the previous night, so no one had any confusion or objection anymore.
Then, Nathan summoned Kun. The massive whale, the size of a city, descended from the sky.
Nathan snapped his fingers, teleporting everyone onto Kun's back. "We're here. Let's go, Kun."
Kun let out a high-pitched cry that spread wider than the sound of thunder. It sounded like the roaring sound of a train horn, announcing its departure.
"Kun has really grown big." Bella shook her head helplessly. "At this rate, how big will he become?"
