Jiang Baozhu's meal schedule is actually irregular; she had lunch around three in the afternoon after being busy for most of the day.
While eating, she saw a message from Lu Hongze and replied to it.
Knowing she was available, Lu Hongze called her directly.
Jiang Baozhu swallowed a mouthful of rice before answering.
"It's me, Lu Hongze," Lu Hongze spoke first. "Sorry to bother you now."
Jiang Baozhu said: "I'm just free. Do you have something to talk about?"
Lu Hongze said: "I'm sorry, I might not be able to fulfill our agreement."
Jiang Baozhu asked: "The organ donation one?"
"No." Lu Hongze, initially serious, was amused by her: "It's about the two of us. Regarding the organ donation, I've signed it and won't go back on my word."
"Right, that's a meaningful thing, and I also hope you don't back out. Are you talking about our thing? Marriage?"
"Yeah," Lu Hongze said: "I'm sorry, I might not be able to marry you for now."
