They're mostly dealing with such disputes, and the teams that were left in the base were able to successfully intervene in those cases and managed to solve those problems.
Of course, most of the time, those who had their benefits cut short and lessened began complaining and didn't want to comply, but those who remained also knew what they were doing and acted strongly.
Those who were warned three times and hadn't complied yet would have more of their supplies confiscated and then distributed to their other members.
