It's still better to avoid them than to attack them outright, which would surely just provoke them. He still wanted to sleep, so it's good if those mutant rats would just go wherever they wanted to go.

The sound of the mutant rats was visibly getting stronger and stronger until they were finally in front of them.
Thankfully, those rats didn't stop, but just continued their travel onwards to wherever it is.
They waited for 3 minutes before all the mutant rats had finally crossed in front of them, so Luciel finally opened a few holes in the dome to check how things were outside.
