DanMachi Universe, Lower World, Orario.
Not long after Mia announced that breakfast was ready, the waitresses of the Hostess of Fertility, Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, Ryuu, and Syr immediately moved to the kitchen to help bring out the prepared dishes. Meanwhile, the members of the Aislynn Familia all stopped what they were doing and moved towards the two large tables at the center of the dining hall to take seats with anticipation written on their faces.
After taking a little taste of the food Alfonzo cooked, Mia completely understood why they were all wearing expressions like that. However, as she did not want to be the only one embarrassed, she did not say anything. In fact, she even smirked, also looking forward to the faces her employees would make once they tasted the food.
Before long, the waitresses, Tatsuo, Alfonzo, and May all filed out of the kitchen, each carrying a tray of food. And as there were eight of them, there were two copies of each tray divided between the two tables.
"I hope it's as good as it smells, nya." Anya said energetically while her ears and tail twitched impatiently.
"Oh, you're definitely in for a surprise." Tatsuo said with a devilish grin on his face.
"Damn… He looks more like a devil when he smirks like that than I do." James whispered into Zelretch's ear.
"It's only because he's better looking than you." Akatsuki, sitting on James' other side, said after hearing James' whisper.
"Oh, did you fall for him, too?" James, having found a target for teasing, immediately straightened up and looked at Akatsuki mischievously.
"Yeah… No." Akatsuki replied dryly as she rolled her eyes. "Even if he is the best-looking guy I've ever seen, I'm not into younger guys." Especially ones under eighteen."
"Fair enough." James replied with a shrug. Then, he lowered his voice again and leaned closer to Akatsuki as he continued. "More important than that, the show is about to start."
Hearing that, Akatsuki smiled slightly. Then, she turned to look at the members of the Hostess of Fertility as they placed a plate in front of each person in the pub before taking their own seats.
"Alright, go ahead and eat." Mia said while waving at the others. "Although we won't be able to serve food of this quality immediately. This is what our customers will be able to look forward to in the future."
"If the food tastes as good as it looks, then they'll be really lucky." Syr said while smiling brightly as she picked up her fork and knife.
Like Syr, Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, and Ryuu all picked up their cutlery. Meanwhile, the members of the [Dimensional Chat], Mia, and May watched them. And while the members of the [Dimensional Chat] and Mia looked on with amused expressions, May watched with her face red and her ears twitching in secondhand embarrassment. Because unlike the others, she was in the kitchen when Mia tried Alfonzo's cooking. So, she knew exactly what caused the loud moan from before.
Meanwhile, the five waitresses did not think anything of the expectant gazes they received from everyone else. Knowing that the Aislynn Familia had already been eating like this since before they came to Orario, it was no surprise they wanted to see what everyone thought of their friends' cooking. As for Mia and May, they all figured they got to taste test the food while they were in the kitchen, so it was natural they all wanted to know how the rest of them would react, as well.
The only one who showed any wariness was Ryuu. However, she had no idea what was making her feel that way. On top of that, she felt it would be rude to refuse to eat the food in front of her. So, she put her worries to the back of her mind and took a bite of the food in unison with the other four.
A moment later, under the expectant gazes of Mia, May, and the members of the Aislynn Familia, Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, Ryuu, and Syr each put a bit of the food into their mouths. Then...
"Nyan~~~~~~!"
"Ahh~~~~~!"
"Nyan~~~~~~~!"
"Mmm~~~~!"
"Ahn~~~~~~~!"
... the five waitresses' faces flushed, their backs arched, and the Hostess of Fertility's dining hall was filled with the sensual moans of five beautiful young women. {Pic}
Meanwhile, at the Dragon's Nest, Aislynn was welcoming an unexpected guest.
"So, her Majesty thinks the Irregular Situations those kids faced yesterday were His doing?" Aislynn asked while sitting on a couch in the Dragon's Nest's main hall with one leg crossed over the other.
"It's just a suspicion for now." The God of Investigation, Shinichi, replied from a couch opposite Aislynn before taking a sip from a teacup. "Sigh Unfortunately, I don't have any leads to go on. So, this is going to be a long investigation." {Pic}
"Hmm... Well, I can see how that would be difficult." Aislynn said as she leaned back into the couch with a relaxed smile on her face. "Luckily, I just so happen to be in this world. I actually have a possible suspect for you to investigate."
"I would expect nothing less from you, Aislynn." Shinichi replied with a smile that contrasted with the sharp glint in his eyes as he put down his teacup. "Just give me a name and I'll start my investigation immediately."
"As far as his associates know, he calls himself Enyo." Aislynn replied as she crossed her arms under her chest. "But none of them know his true identity. Naturally, that does not apply to me."
"Yes, yes, your ability to see into the dreams of all beings is unrivaled." Shinichi said while rolling his eyes. "The question is, why wouldn't he know that? You have quite the reputation in both this Lower World and the Heavens above."
"Because he thinks he's found a way to get past my abilities." Aislynn replied with a giggle. "And to be honest, when I first saw his countermeasures, it did take me a while to break through them. Can you believe it, it actually took me forty-seven whole seconds to break the barrier on his subconscious."
"Oh, that is actually quite impressive." Shinichi replied with his eyes widened slightly.
And Shinichi was not being sarcastic. Though she was not a god of the Void Multiverse's Higher Dimension, if she was, Aislynn would be one of its most powerful gods. In fact, she actually outclassed the usual Great Reds that could be found in other versions of the High School DxD Universe.
For example, in most versions of the High School DxD Universe, Great Red usually dies at the hands of the Fierce God of Evie Etoulde, Regalzeva. However, when the denizens of Evie Etoulde found the Draconic Deus, and Regalzeva tried to attack, Aislynn killed him in return with little effort. As a result, the other golds from Evie Etoulde put their plans to invade the DxD Universe on hold indefinitely.
"But more important than that, no one in this world should have the ability to block your [Dream Walker] ability." Shinichi said in a solemn tone. "So, that's more proof that someone is tampering with this world."
"I was thinking the same thing.' Aislynn replied with a nod.
"So, what is this Enyo's true identity?" Shinichi asked while leaning forward and looking Aislynn in the eyes. A moment later, however, he leaned back against the couch with a somewhat dejected expression on his face. "Honestly, I'd rather not have to ask you. Doing my own investigation and figuring it out myself is more my style."
"Isn't that how you got turned into a six-year-old?" Aislynn asked while tilting her head with an amused smile on her face. "Or was once not enough for you?"
"You don't have to bring that up…" Shinichi said while letting his head fall, his dejection even more apparent.
"Well, I don't have to tell you now." Aislynn replied with a shrug. "I mean, her Majesty said you had two years, right? Why don't you come back after a year? And if you haven't found anything, I'll tell you who you should start investigating then. How about that?"
"And owe you a favor for indulging me?" Shinichi asked with his eyes narrowed. "No thank you. I'd rather just swallow my pride and get a clue, instead."
"Suit yourself." Aislynn replied while shrugging her shoulders again. "Well then, you should investigate Dionysus. He found something quite nasty a few years ago. But that's all I know. He may not even be the one we have to worry about. It could be what he found."
"That's a lot better than what I expected." Shinichi said in a relieved tone. "For a minute, I thought you were gonna give me all the answers. And that would have made things too boring."
"Oh, believe me, I would have.' Aislynn said with a grin. "The look on your face when you found out there was no mystery to solve would have been priceless."
Hearing that, there were a lot of things Shinichi wanted to say. However, he had no idea where to start. As a result, his facial muscles only twitched repeatedly. Then, in an attempt to calm himself down, he picked up his teacup again and chugged down the rest of his tea before standing up.
"Well then, I'm leaving." Shinichi said sharply. "I have an investigation to carry out. Plus, if I stay here much longer, I'm sure I'll say something that will get me beat up. And I really don't need that right now."
Then, without giving Aislynn a chance to respond, Shinichi vanished from the Dragon's Nest. Yet, despite the fact that he was no longer there, he could hear Aislynn's laughter echoing inside his head for the next few minutes.
Back at the Hostess of Fertility, breakfast was wrapping up. While the members of the Aislynn Familia all wore expressions of satisfaction after such a good meal, the staff of the Hostess of Fertility all wore embarrassed expressions. Though, they could never deny the taste of the food they just finished.
"So, it was good, right?" Tatsuo asked in a proud tone.
"Hmph! Why asked questions you already know the answer to?" Mia asked in a mock-annoyed tone. Then, she glanced at her employees with a slight smile. "Just look at them, none of them can even raise their heads because they're so satisfied."
Hearing that, Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, and Ryuu, who were hanging their heads in embarrassment, all lowered them even further, almost burying their chins in their cleavage. Meanwhile, May also lowered her head. Though, after seeing Mia's and the other girls' reactions, she never actually ate any of the food in front of her, too scared to be caught in the same situation as the others.
However, Syr's expression was completely different. Unlike the others, she was completely basking in the afterglow of such an amazing meal.
'That Aislynn's ability is truly enviable.' Syr, or rather Freya, thought to herself. 'And now, she gets to eat like this every day. *Sigh* If I wasn't so afraid of that woman destroying everything I built over the years, I would use any means necessary to steal these children for myself. But now, I just have to endure and perhaps find a way to ally myself with her to see how these children will grow in the future.'
"Yeah, they definitely look satisfied." Alfonzo said as he glanced at Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, Ryuu, and Syr. A moment later, however, he smiled widely as he turned to May. "But May didn't eat anything. Was the food not too your liking, May?"
That actually snapped the other five out of their dazes and embarrassed states. Immediately, they all turned sharp eyes onto the young chef, causing May to shrink back with fear on her face.
"That's right, Nya!" Chloe shouted with righteous indignation. "Alfonzo and Tatsuo went through all the trouble to make this food for us. May, how could you not eat any?"
"Chloe is right." Lunoire said calmly as she stood up. Then, she stepped next to May and placed one hand on her shoulder as she continued. "That's rather rude, isn't it, May?"
"Right! Right! Right!" Anya exclaimed as she jumped up from her seat. Then, like Lunoire, she rushed over to May's other side and put a hand on her shoulder. "You can't be rude, Nya!"
Next, Ryuu, with a frighteningly calm expression on the face that was ruined with just how red her face and ears were, stood up and slowly made her away over to May's side and began cutting the food on the cat girl chef's plate with May's fork and knife.
"Wa-Wa-Wait!" May shouted while trying to struggle free from Anya's and Lunoire's clutches. "I wasn't trying to be rude, Nya! I just wasn't hungry. I was going to… Um… yeah! That's right, Nya! I was going to eat it later during my lunch break. I just would have been alone when I did…"
Towards the end, May's voice got lower and lower, until she was barely audible. However, Anya, Chloe, Lunoire, and Ry knew exactly what she was trying to do. Unfortunately, they had no intention of letting her succeed. So, they continued their course without minding May's protests.
Syr, on the other hand, did not move. Instead, she watched the whole thing with a troubled expression. Though, anyone with sharp eyes would notice that there was a heavy dose of amusement swirling in her eyes.
"Girls, you shouldn't force her like that." Syr said in an uncertain tone.
"But we have to." Chloe said, her tone still just as self-righteous. "I'm sure Alfonzo and Tatsuo are looking for feedback, Nya! And it would not do if they don't get it from all of us."
Hearing that, Syr/Freya wanted to laugh. However, if she did so, it would ruin her disguise as Syr. So, she held it in while still wearing that same troubled expression.
Meanwhile, Ryuu finally finished cutting some of the food into bite sized pieces. Then, with a piece skewered on May's fork, she held it up to May's mouth while looking at the young chef with an expression that practically shouted "You can't escape. So, you should just give up."
May continued to struggle for a few minutes. All the while, the Aslynn Familia, Mia, and Syr watched with amusement. However, May eventually gave up when she realized there was no way to escape. So, with trepidation, she looked at Ryuu with tears welling in her eyes. But when she saw the unyielding look in the Elf's eyes, she closed her eyes and slowly opened her mouth.
Seeing that the resistance had ended, Ryuu smiled slightly. Then, she brought the fork forward, putting the food in May's mouth. And when may felt the food touch her tongue, the flavor quickly taking over her taste buds, she closed her mouth around the fork, at which point Ryuu pulled the fork out of May's mouth. {Pic}
Then, everyone watched as May chewed. And with each chew, the cat girl's face melted into something closer to ecstasy before she eventually…
"Nyah~~~~~~~~!"
… she moaned loudly, her eyes rolled back, arched her back, and writhed with pleasure.
And with hat, every member of the Hostess of Fertility became victims of Tatsuo's and Alfonzo's cooking, causing the two chef's to smile triumphantly while the other members of the Aislynn Familia chuckled at the production.
