"Ebner," Clare mumbled to himself as he stared blankly at the steering wheel he was holding. "So, his family name is Ebner, and he's the son of two researchers who almost became a hero if they didn't die and if the vaccine they found had been mass-produced to cure the world."
Before getting out of the car, Finn answered Clare's question calmly. His voice did sound calm, but somehow Clare felt some uneasy feelings in it that were hard to explain. There was a complication in it, and maybe that was the reason why he also felt conflicted after getting that information.
"Maybe the vaccine fell into the hands of bad people," Fred, who was silent in the passenger seat, suddenly commented in Clare's low voice.
