After finishing his day's activities, Rolaff was sitting in his villa resting. His secretary was sitting upright on the side, making tea and pouring water for Rolaff.
Just then the secretary's phone rang. He responded with a few "hmm"s and then nodded before hanging up.
"Chief, it's clear now. Commander Ai has a subordinate named Rumus, who is currently directing military activities at Northern Region headquarters. Recently there's been talk of them taking action against the Menghu Mercenary Corps. Commander Ai wants to stop it, but Rumus isn't listening to him."
A cold glint flashed in Rolaff's eyes that was difficult for others to detect. He merely nodded without saying much.
Rolaff reached his position due to abilities that far surpassed those of others.
Seeing that the chief had not spoken, the secretary remained seated. After watching the news, Rolaff retired to his room to rest.
