After confirming his suspicion, that the Faith system wasn't a one-sided blessing where only believers benefited — Christian quietly filed it away as something worth revisiting later.
Faith was not simple.
And Divine Power… was even less so.
He didn't voice the rest of his thoughts, but his curiosity didn't fade.
So he asked, "Then tell me — does the Faith power system count as an exception to the essence rule?"
Anastasia's answer came immediately.
"No."
Christian blinked.
"In that regard, it's the same as the other systems," she continued. "Divine Power, at its core, is still essence."
"Just… a higher level of it."
That didn't discourage him.
If anything, it made Divine Power feel closer. Less mythical. Less unreachable.
Then Anastasia's next words crushed that illusion.
"But don't even think about acquiring it."
"Even at the Transformation Rank, obtaining genuine Divine Power is nearly impossible."
Christian fell silent.
