No sound came from the building, so the Supreme Celestial remained kneeling, his head bowed, showing that even while he is the leader of the infamous Heaven's Court, the mysterious person inside the building must be respected.
After five minutes—as if showing enough of his authority—the person suddenly spoke, "Tell me about him."
The voice is that of a man, one who seems to sound more distant than he should.
For some reason, it seems this person may be outside this known universe, and as such, the laws are preventing him from interfering with the universe's order.
Of course, that cannot be proven, since there were no disturbances during his speech. It might as well be considered an anomaly on a grand scale.
