Chapter 516 - Fed by the Sea of Quanta and the Imaginary Tree

Within St. Freya Academy.

Elysia looked to her left in confusion, then to her right. The Herrscher of Finality and Jyahnar were sitting gracefully beside her, elegantly sipping wine.

The three peerless beauties seated together were already more stunning than any scenery in this world.

But...

(Th-This... this feels so strange!!)

The hand holding the wine glass was trembling. Thinking back fifty thousand years, they had once stood on opposing sides, fighting battles that shook the heavens and earth. On a smaller scale, it had been about the safety of Earth.

On a larger scale, the entire solar system had been the battlefield. After all, putting others aside, at the very least Finality, Jyahnar, and a certain white-haired boy had truly possessed the power to shatter planets and treat an entire star system as their arena.

Yet now, fifty thousand years later, she was sitting at the same table drinking with the two ultimate bosses of the Honkai side. Miss Pink Elf could not help but sigh that life was truly unpredictable.

Incidentally, the wine was from Eden's private collection...

Elysia: "Ah, so... have you two also fallen for my dear Eli?"

Jyahnar: "The word 'fallen' is inaccurate. From the moment I was born, I have loved him deeply."

Finality: "Hm~ I am merely seeking revenge against him."

Elysia stared at the Herrscher of Finality speechlessly, wondering if she had been possessed by Mobius. Such stubborn pride. Revenge? And yet that revenge somehow ended up in my Eli's bed?

(Well, fair enough. Impressive. As expected of my Eli. He accomplishes what others cannot—he even managed to conquer the Herrscher of Finality and a Planet-class Honkai Beast.)

The corners of Miss Pink Elf's eyes twitched violently. She suddenly felt she had greatly underestimated Elias' charm.

From a certain perspective, it was already like MEI's dark cuisine—essentially a "god-slaying"-tier weapon! Such charm was countless times more terrifying than a star-destroying battleship!

Elysia was thoroughly shaken.

"Alright, chatting's over. We can start fighting now, can't we? Origin, who do you want to fight first?"

"W-Wait, I never said I was going to spar with you two!"

"Didn't you claim you were invincible? Didn't you say you'd establish your absolute position as the true main wife? As long as you defeat us, wouldn't your goal be achieved? So come—let us recreate a fragment of the Battle of Finality from back then!"

"Don't worry, Origin. We won't hold back. Oh, and whoever wins gets Elias. That settles it pleasantly enough."

The Herrscher of Finality and Jyahnar each placed a hand on Elysia's shoulders. With their strength, there was not even the slightest chance for the little Pink Elf to escape.

"Waaah~ nooo~ I haven't even seen Eli yet! I don't want to die~!"

Elysia tried to flee.

She failed.

Had she known those two were here, she would never have declared herself invincible. At this moment, the Pink Elf could not help but reflect that her husband had indeed been right before.

Invincibility was nothing but a debuff!

Whoever declared themselves invincible would immediately suffer!

Finality had once been invincible, hadn't she? And then she ran into Elias and was repeatedly shut down and knocked unconscious across twelve cycles.

Jyahnar, as a Planet-class Honkai Beast, had also been invincible. And what happened? Her Core had been dug out, and she soaked in the sea for fifty thousand years.

Even Elias had once seemed invincible. Yet the moment he dove into the Sea of Quanta, he encountered the will of the Sea of Quanta itself.

So declaring invincibility was a curse. Elysia was now deeply experiencing this truth. Unfortunately, no one could save her—she had no allies left.

Kiana: "Fight! Fight!"

Fu Hua: "To think that I, a Flame-Chaser of Fire Moth, would one day cheer for the Herrscher of Finality."

Bronya: "Bronya wants to see blood flow like a river."

Mei: "Although I've exhausted my strength and really want to faint immediately... watching this first wouldn't hurt."

At that moment, Elysia suddenly felt as if she were standing against the entire world. The little Pink Elf inside her was coughing up blood, thinking there was no need for this—why take it this far?!

Wasn't her earlier battle with Mei already spectacular enough? Did they really need a climax after the climax? Challenging the Herrscher of Finality and a Planet-class Honkai Beast—without Elias in a team-up, how could she possibly win?!

But no matter how she resisted, the Pink Elf was ultimately carried onto the execution platform.

Well, the training grounds.

As for why Finality and Jyahnar insisted on "sparring" with the relatively weak Herrscher of Origin—

The answer was envy and jealousy.

(How irritating. Why does Origin get to win so much?) — Finality

(I'm so envious. Origin was accepted by him from the very beginning. I had to wait fifty thousand years.) — Jyahnar

Looking at the marriage certificate that Elysia carefully put away, Finality and Jyahnar—having learned about human society during this time—understood that this little red booklet represented the world's recognition of the relationship between Elysia and Elias.

Granted, to them, the world's recognition was utterly insignificant. As the Goddess of Honkai, the Herrscher of Finality was the one who judged the world. It was more accurate to say the world required Finality's recognition—not the other way around.

It was the same for Jyahnar. In her eyes, all humans besides Elias were nothing but insignificant ants.

She was a Planet-class Honkai Beast capable of piercing a planet with a single shot. Why would she need the ants' recognition?

This world was far too fragile in her eyes. If Jyahnar wished to break it, it would be as simple as crushing an anthill.

Thus, in the eyes of the Herrscher of Finality and Jyahnar, Elysia's marriage certificate meant little.

However!

Miss Pink Elf's dreamlike opening was so enviable that it made others want to replace her entirely!!

Some people are born to toil like beasts of burden.

Others are born already in Rome!

Before anyone else had even met Elias, Elysia, with the advantage of sharing the same starting point, had already maxed out the white-haired boy's affection in that garden town called "Vostok"—the Previous Era's beginner village.

It could be said that before others had even stepped onto the racetrack, this Pink Elf had already reached the finish line.

It was simply absurd!

Did you know, Elysia? Being this lucky shortens your lifespan!

Unlike Pardofelis and Kiana, you don't have nine lives to burn through!

Elysia: "I-I'm scared! Eli, save me~"

Herrscher of Finality: "Go ahead and shout. Even if you scream your throat raw today, no one will come to save you."

Jyahnar: "I just thought of a brilliant idea~ Why don't we simply eliminate Origin and make sure Elias never finds out she was here?"

The moment those words were spoken, everyone's eyes lit up.

Good idea!

This Pink Elf's threat level was simply too high. Forget everything else—just that marriage certificate alone was unbearable. And Elias just so happened to be out right now. If they eliminated Elysia and buried her in the back hills...

As long as they all aligned their stories and pretended nothing had happened, there would be no suspicion at all.

The perfect crime!

Elysia: "An entire cast of villains? What is this, a real-life Murder on the Orient Express?!"

Everyone: "Heh~ The corpse is speaking."

Elysia: "Miss Elf here might really be done for today... wuuu... This Far East demon cave is way too dangerous!"

Everyone: "Finished your last words? Then it's time to hit the road, E! Ly! Si! A!"

At that very moment, within Elysian Realm.

"Heave-ho! Heave-ho! Finally fixed!"

Inside the archives of the Realm, the adorable ELF Elysia had, after several days of hard work, finally repaired the broken Elf Typewriter.

But just then—whether influenced by some unknown factor, or simply because it hadn't been fully repaired—

The Elf Typewriter suddenly began operating on its own.

Clack-clack-clack-clack-clack—!

"W-What's happening?"

ELF Elysia stared in panic as the letter keys pressed down automatically. Sheets of paper filled with words flew out one after another, quickly covering the entire floor of the archive room.

"Eh? Eh eh eh? Not again!!"

ELF Elysia's face turned pale. She never expected this to happen for a third time—no, wait, the fourth time! She picked up a sheet from the ground, took one look, and her processor instantly crashed.

On it were the words—[Elysia is dead].

The next second—

BOOM!

The Elf Typewriter once again turned into scrap metal.

ELF Elysia: "M-My typewriter!!"

...Two hours later...

Inside the Valkyrie dormitory.

"Ah~ I'm stuffed again today..."

Elias leisurely patted his abdomen, defined with eight-pack abs. Today, he had swallowed more than two hundred bubble worlds.

Feeling the immense energy surging within his body and the rapid improvement of his physique every second, along with the steady development of his dual Pseudo God authorities of Imaginary and Quantum—

Both the Imaginary Tree and the Sea of Quanta had now granted him certain privileges...

Or rather, they were feeding him.

As everyone knows, countless eliminated "leaves"—bubble worlds—fall from the Imaginary Tree into the Sea of Quanta every moment, where they are devoured and decomposed into nutrients to strengthen the Sea.

At the same time, the Sea of Quanta is constantly being siphoned by the roots of the Imaginary Tree, which draw up "seawater"—quantum energy—to grow itself endlessly.

Thus...

Imaginary Tree: (Rather than let that stinking Sea devour my leaves, I might as well feed them to my future apostle!)

Sea of Quanta: (Rather than let that rotten Tree siphon away my energy, I might as well feed it to my future apostle!)

Elias: (I'm full! Seriously full! You two really need to stop feeding me—I can't eat another bite today!)

For these two mortal enemies, they would rather have their bubble worlds and energy absorbed by Elias than by each other.

Unfortunately, Elias' appetite had limits. Though it grew daily, if he wanted the Infinite Tree and Endless Sea to genuinely feel "consumption," he would likely have to wait several hundred million years.

Even so, for the current Elias, his strength was increasing at an astonishing pace.

Take a certain white-haired husky as an example. Kevin, through Project Chimera's infinite evolutionary traits, had grown stronger every single second over the past fifty thousand years. His present strength was already more than a hundred times what it had been in the Previous Era.

Yet after only two or three days of being fed by the Imaginary Tree and the Sea of Quanta, Elias had already nearly caught up to Kevin's fifty thousand years of accumulated growth...

And that was with his limited appetite.

Burp~ "So full—but it feels amazing!"

Elias narrowed his eyes. To be honest, the resentment he once held toward the Sea of Quanta and the Imaginary Tree had completely vanished.

There was no other reason.

They were simply giving him too much!

If this continued, it might not take many years before he could stack his stats to the level of an Aeon—without even becoming one.

If news of that spread, it would shock the entire cosmos.

With such pleasant thoughts in mind, he pushed open the dormitory door.

"I'm back~ Mei, what's for dinner tonight?"

Elias asked expectantly toward his household chef.

The worlds he stored in his internal world. The food, however, went into his stomach. It was like how girls supposedly have separate stomachs for meals and desserts.

But suddenly, Elias froze.

"Mmmph! Mmmph! Mmmmmph!!"

In the living room of the dormitory, a beautiful Pink Elf was tied up in an intricate rope binding and suspended in the air. A delicate black handkerchief had been stuffed into her mouth. Even the knots were tied into butterfly shapes, and the binding pattern was practically perfect.

It looked less like restraint and more like a craftsman's artwork.

Elias even caught the scent of perfume from the handkerchief—and that familiar fragrance instantly told him this was undoubtedly his maid's handiwork.

"E-Elysia?!"

The girl he had longed for and missed day and night finally appeared before him.

Elias felt joy—and thought he should probably feel moved as well.

However, the reunion scene was far too... questionable for him to feel touched at all.

At that moment, Mei and Rita walked out of the kitchen wearing aprons, each holding a kitchen knife.

Rita: "Welcome back, Lord Elias. Please wait just a moment—dinner may take a little longer to prepare."

Mei: "We caught a pink elf tonight. Rita and I are discussing what kind of dish to turn her into. Elias, how would you prefer her prepared? Braised? Steamed? Or perhaps..."

Elias: "???"

Elysia: (After struggling so hard not to get buried alive, if Eli had come back even a little later... I really might have been done for today.)
