Monologue of yonathan.
I finished my work early as planned, and I decided to walk around town for the first time I went around to the shops that I wanted to check out, and I went to the bookstore for the first time in a while, I bought a book named " undestinated meet with you " it was a light novel a good Romance novel by the way. To enjoy the Book I went to the cafe. I looked all over the cafe where I could see a group of college students and couples. I didn't hate being alone but thought I really wanted to go on a date with Rhea. Back in Jr. College, little by little my childhood friend Rhea was getting estranged from me and I don't understand the reason why. By the time I realised it, we barely even spoke to each other, and at the time of graduating Jr. College. We completely lost touch and she stopped coming to my house she ignored me She didn't even come to my birthday party I saw her face once in a while but she didn't even say hi to me when we met or crossed paths I tried to have a conversation but that only leads to meaningless. That's why I left my parents'house and rented the apartment near my workplace. It hurts; in reality I was really hurt. I cried, and got angry, I wanted to confront her and ask her why? But, I was just a childhood friend and I didn't know if I had the right to do that. that's why, I decided to wait until there could be a reason for me to confront her I didn't actually believe that she would keep such a promise that we made when we were such little kids, to get married as adults But, something that silly was all that I could rely on . For me to face my childhood friend because, even if it was forced, I wanted to be with her in the same way that I used to be when we were Before jr. College. I wanted to play video games with her, go on trips, share my worries with, and celebrate my success with her. I want to tell her my personal things that I cannot tell my parents about. I am still in a cafe lost in my thoughts I can't even enjoy coffee or novel
Come on, it's All I can think about. Sigh~ I wonder when Rhea is going to be done with her plans. I mumble to myself.
At that very movement, unexpectedly, in my line of vision, I saw my childhood friend. Rhea was at the same cafe not alone but with a guy, he was good looking but I didn't know him at all. what the hell ? I knew it. If she has someone in her life why doesn't she talk about that to me? I know I forced her to be with me but she can at least say something to me or I don't deserve that too to know that she loves someone or she has someone in her life. I silently left the cafe. I try to desperately run away from reality in front of my eyes. My heart aches in pain.
I was waiting for Yonathan to come back home. I have something to tell him. I looked over time on my phone.
Why doesn't he come its 9 o'clock already
At that movement the doorbell ring. Well guess he is finally back. I can't wait to tell him the good news. I dashed towards the front door and opened it
Welcome why are you lat... I stopped at my words in a shock because it was not yonathan but a strange guy
Where is Yonathan? That strange guy at the door asked in a calm voice.

I am a manager at a company that Yonathan works for here is my business card did he tell you where he was? He handed me his business card . I looked over it he was telling the truth.
No. but he told me he doesn't have any work from noon maybe hanging around the town or meeting with his celebrity friends.
Ok, When Yonathan comes home tells him to meet me as soon as possible okay. he said with concerned voice so I looked at his face he somehow looked worried.
Why? Did Something happened? Why don't you just call him? If something is that urgent I said
He is not answering my phone calls, ummm you are his childhood friend, right? He asked looking towards me.

Yonathan tells me about you all the time but can I ask you something about him, more specifically about his private life.

No. It's inappropriate to enter in home when a girl is alone. And also I don't have time. So did something happen to yonathan he is saying on call that he wants to quit modeling.
What? He wants to quit. I shouted no stop I need to get a grip on myself as I take a grip on myself I continued I don't remember anything bad happening but the opposite he seems very happy. my blood pressure was up because of sudden news.
I don't want to say this but when he called me he sounded drunk pretty much wasted.
What? He is drunk. What was he thinking calling on his work place drinking?

the manager's phone rings and he gets back on his way. Apparently he is very busy and even he came all the way here to meet Yonathan by himself.
I tried to contact yonathan several times but he did not answer my calls and texts. I don't know what's going on I don't know where he was all I can do is wait at his apartment until he comes back.
As I keep trying to call him, after an hour my call reached yonathan

Ah.... hello I am not Yonathan. I picked this phone because it keeps ringing the owner of this phone was sleeping on a Street and he is very drunk. Can you come and pick him I will stay with him until you come if you want.

Okay the strange guy said over on phone.
The stranger from the call told me where the yonathan was. I got my purse and some water bottles with me I called a taxi and went towards the place where yonathan was.
Oh! Is that you who picked up the call? A guy standing next to a sleeping yonathan I asked him
Yeah you came, now can I leave ? my girlfriend who is waiting for me there saying this he points out towards he cafe

Here Yonathan, drink some water
I handed him a water bottle. He drinks some water and washes his face. Getting back to his senses again, he starts to walk again maybe towards the apartment.
Yonathan we should get a taxi i said looking towards the taxi.
You can go where you want with a taxi I can't stop you. Yonathan said
What? why are you saying this I didn't get it did something happen ? your manager showed at home finding you he told me that you are quitting the job.
That man , Yes I am quitting my job. I am going to join college like a normal guy and do things that normally the guys my age do.
He kept walking ahead of me I went towards the taxi to pay the rent. I was planning to go back with that same taxi but Yonathan doesn't want to. In between paying the rent of taxi yonathan leave my line of vision.
I dashed the way he left. I see yonathan was sitting
on the side of the road. I get closer to him and sit next to him. He gets up still wobbling here and there. I grabbed his hand

No not at all he tried to shake off my hand and I let his hand.
You are, okay when you are free next time I will take you to your favorite place I said deep in my heart I know he is mad because of something else that's why he is drunk.
Can I ask you something? He closed his eyes and said as if he was using his all might as well as courage to ask me something
