Su Xi came out of the exhibition hall and said, "Yining, I think your photos will definitely win an award."
"Winning or not isn't important. What's important is, I feel like I learned a lot today." Pei Yining still felt pretty sure she'd get a prize, but to her, learning new things mattered even more than winning.
"Great attitude," Su Xi praised her. "And don't be too modest! Whether you win or not, your photos are really beautiful!"
"Hehe." Pei Yining felt even happier after getting her approval.
After Su Xi got home, she thought and thought, then decided to go out. She specially went to look for Fei Jiayi. Ever since summer vacation started, Fei Jiayi almost hadn't left the house, she'd been studying English the whole time.
Fei Dad and Fei Mom saw how hard their daughter worked and felt at once proud and concerned, so every day they'd try to make something good to eat for her, to give her more nutrition.
