This soft armor is considered a carefully crafted piece by the dwarf tribe, distinct from other equipment. This particular item they painstakingly made specifically for Luo Qianqian.
Because from the very beginning, they knew the number of people in the team, and also from the start knew He Wenyu wouldn't go, so the quantity for two people was synthesized into one set of soft armor. How could it not be meticulously crafted?
The main reason being, without a good excuse, there really isn't any justification for coming out for a 'inspection' to eat and drink for free, right?
This meticulously prepared soft armor is both a token of gratitude to Luo Qianqian's party and an apology for the upcoming freeloading behavior.
