'I'm not dead… No, I'm already dead, but I'm alive again? Nagato must have done this. Where's Uchiha Madara? Is he nearby?' The chaotic storm of thoughts collided in her mind, forming a single realization.
"Oh no! Something happened to Nagato!"
Konan's gaze swept across the sea, but there was no sign of Madara. Several of the Six Paths of Pain lay scattered nearby. She immediately sorted out some of her thoughts, and a pair of massive paper wings appeared behind her, and she quickly shot toward the tower at full speed.
At the top of the tower, Nagato's emaciated body slumped lifelessly. Black Zetsu smiled, grabbed a kunai and was about to dig out the Rinnegan.
But suddenly, three rustling sounds of something slicing through the air were heard.
Black Zetsu's danger sense flared and instinctively jumped away. Then, more pieces of paper came like a storm, and they directly submerged the seat at the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
