Chapter 136 - 136: Earthling women are a thing.

Raditz was surprised by Earth. He had been to more prosperous planets, some of which he had conquered, some of which served as barracks for Freezer's army, and some of which maintained a neutral status. However, the things he had seen could, objectively speaking, surpass those of a backward world like Earth.

However, Earth's uniqueness didn't lie in its advanced technology, but rather in its excessive diversity and inclusivity. Raditz knew a little about how intelligent species functioned in the universe. Rarely did two of them coexist on the same planet.

When that did happen, it was usually due to reasons that soon led to conflicts between the species. After all, the idea that those who aren't just like you can't understand you is common in many civilizations.

For example, after destroying their home planet, the Saiyan race migrated to the planet Plant, which was inhabited by the Tsufurus. Initially, they got along well. The Saiyans hid the fact that they had shattered the Tsufurus' world.

They learned from Tsufuru technology and even protected them from invasions by other species in the cosmos. However, it was all just a cover. How could they allow another civilization to achieve its goal?

The Saiyans didn't go to Planet Plant with good intentions; they intended to invade. They slaughtered the Tsufurus in cold blood, despite how kind that species had been to them. They did this to gain complete control of the world.

This laid the groundwork for the Saiyans to attempt to expand throughout the universe. However, for a long time, they had been the target of a superior force they could never overcome: King Cold.

However, King Cold's conquest was not merely physical. He managed to decipher how the Saiyans lived and thought. He understood the pathological desire for battle that every member of this race possessed, so he gave them what they wanted.

Battles, conquest, and glory sustained that infamous 'Saiyan pride.' Thus, the Saiyans experienced significant cultural and technological stagnation. All their actions, from reproduction to eating, were carried out with the sole objective of fighting and invading other worlds.

They had previously developed space travel technology on their own, but under King Cold's supervision, they began relying on technology from species affiliated with Cold's army without conducting their own research.

Even Raditz was unaware of their esoteric exploration, which was lost. The Saiyans of the past had devised rituals for one of their members to ascend to divinity. How does one arrive at something as complex and momentous as that? With prior knowledge!

It's unclear whether this knowledge vanished before the destruction of Sadala or under King Cold's influence. Essentially, even though the Saiyans seemed stronger, more imposing, and renowned across the universe, they had essentially been mentally neutered. The worst part? They thought it was their glory.

Raditz may not have been a great thinker, but he concluded that the Saiyans were going to vanish abruptly and brutally. Perhaps the best thing that could have happened to them was for their civilization to end at what they considered its peak.

Getting back to the point, he was shocked by the diversity on Earth, considering how rare and dangerous it was for two or more intelligent species to coexist on the same planet.

There were standard Earthlings, Earthlings with animal bodies, and intelligent animals, too many to list separately, but certain wild animals with high intelligence also fell into this category.

There were various types of creatures, such as werewolves, men-wolf, and vampires. There were also people with alien blood, whether recessive or active enough to allow them to display special traits. He also encountered people with demonic blood, which he hadn't expected to find in a world as isolated as Earth.

Then, Raditz saw a living alien: a man in a blue suit and red cape who flew through the sky, ready to do good deeds.

Earth was way too inclusive! On other worlds, they would have killed each other over the slightest differences, but here, they got along just fine. It even seemed like they actively mingled with each other. The king looked like a dog!

However, he adapted quickly, as Freezer's army included a wide variety of species. This helped him cope with the initial shock he experienced on Earth.

Another shock was the food. 'THE FOOD ON THIS PLANET WAS DELICIOUS!' Raditz wrote this in all caps in his travel log, which was really his personal diary.

He traveled alone across Earth while being secretly monitored by Bulma. He did this to better understand the world that had taken in his younger brother. He wanted to see what was so special about it and why it had gained a certain reputation throughout the universe.

That's how he discovered the diversity of species and the most delicious food he had ever eaten on this planet. No matter what the food was or where it came from, the moment he put it in his mouth, his taste buds detected new and unique flavors unlike anything he had ever experienced.

As a certified planet invader, Raditz had eaten countless things, including intelligent species. However, he felt that all of the things he had ever put in his mouth were garbage compared to Earth's food. A large part of his journey was to find new dishes to taste.

It was on one of these trips, at a restaurant that claimed to sell the most authentic pizzas, that he experienced another shock, courtesy of the Earthlings.

As he sat at a table waiting for his order, someone burst through the door. It was a blonde woman wearing a green blouse, khaki shorts, and a red bow in her hair.

She held a rifle in one hand and a white bag with a dollar sign on it in the other. Upon seeing her, many people dove under the tables while the woman fired backward, hitting several police cars in the process.

"You'll never catch me, you ridiculous cops!" the blonde shouted as she scanned the restaurant. Her gaze landed on Raditz, the only person who hadn't hidden. He was watching her with interest.

"You! What are you looking at!?" Trying to play the hero, are you!?" she shouted, pointing her gun at Raditz. He simply tilted his head, not quite understanding what was happening.

There was no such thing as a crime among the Saiyans. Freezer's army didn't plunder worlds; they simply eliminated intelligent species before selling the planets. Although Raditz had visited advanced and neutral planets, security was so tight that he had never witnessed a crime firsthand.

This was the first time he had seen a situation like this unfold. The other Earthlings could tell that this woman had likely just left a bank with a lot of money, and not necessarily through legal means, so they hid at the first opportunity.

"I'm sorry. I don't understand what's going on. I just want to eat," Raditz replied slowly. He knew his appearance and murderous aura could scare weaker people, so he had learned how to interact with the people of this world. He didn't want Bulma to accuse him of anything.

However, Raditz found himself facing an unreasonable person in an extremely tense and dangerous situation. What happened next was strange to him. Somehow, he ended up under the command of the blonde woman who introduced him to other humans in uniform.

"I have a hostage! Let me out, or I'll turn him into a sieve!" the woman threatened, firing into the air and scaring the police. This allowed her to escape for the hostage's sake. She walked away from the restaurant, leaving the pizza Raditz had ordered behind.

"Dude, I don't know if you're brave or stupid, but you can leave now. I'm only interested in the money, not the people," the woman said. After reaching a forest, she tossed the bag of money aside and pointed her gun at the Saiyan.

"I don't get it. What happened there? Did you rob someone? Why? Can't you get what you want with money?" Raditz asked. The blonde looked him up and down seriously before laughing.

"HAHAHA! What a funny bastard! Are you some rich, spoiled kid? Those clothes you're wearing are definitely expensive designer stuff," the blonde pointed out, recognizing the small Capsule Corp. emblem on Raditz's clothes.

"I'm not rich or spoiled. I know how to fight. But there are plenty of things you can get with money and hard work. Why resort to stealing?" Even though he was a planetary invader, Raditz paid for the services he hired while he was in the universe. He received a hefty payment for every mission he completed, after all.

"Huh!? You think I can't work? Of course I can! I was in the military! But they discharged me for alleged personality disorders. What a lame excuse!" Suddenly, the woman's laughter turned into angry shouts. Her temper was volatile, and remembering those things from the past made her angrier.

Raditz knew this woman was weaker than he was, yet he took several steps back, letting the blonde vent her frustration with constant complaints and shots at the trees. As he watched this display, however, something strange stirred within him, though he didn't know what it was or what it meant.

'Earth women are...' Remembering how brutal Bulma had been in their first fight and now seeing this blonde woman wreak havoc, he felt he couldn't understand Earth women.

Then there was Chi-Chi, the wife of his younger brother, who was quite peculiar to him. Not only was she a witch, but she was also obsessive. She was one of the reasons Raditz traveled. It wasn't that he didn't want to live with Kakarot; rather, he didn't want anything to do with his wife.

'Then there was that Lazuli woman who looked at him like she wanted to kill him. Vomi looks like one of Freezer's mad scientists and wants to cut me open to see how my body works. Bulma's mother, with her flirting and suggestive comments...' Raditz thought deeply about the women he had met, feeling that each was peculiar in her own way.

At that moment, pollen from a nearby flower floated into the air as a result of the blonde woman's commotion and, carried by gusts of wind, scattered everywhere. Some of that pollen landed on the girl's face, specifically on her nose, causing her to sneeze.

Then, an incredible transformation took place. The woman's hair changed from blonde to a shade of blue different from Bulma's. Her wild temperament and angry expressions shifted to something gentler, revealing confusion on her face.

"Oh? What am I doing here? Who are you? Wait... I'm in a forest. There's a gun on the ground and a bag of money. You don't look like a good person. You're a thief who kidnapped me!" the blue-haired woman shouted, looking frightened as she cautiously backed up several steps.

"What? No! You're the one who lured me here!" Raditz was somewhat annoyed by the woman's words. He had assumed she was a low-level criminal. When he raised his voice, however, it startled her. She ran off and hid behind the same tree his blonde counterpart had previously shot at.

"WHY DO THESE WEIRD THINGS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME!? "I ALWAYS END UP IN STRANGE SITUATIONS AND PLACES OUT OF NOWHERE!" the woman screamed at the top of her lungs, leaving Raditz unsure of what to do. He simply reached into his pocket and pulled out a cell phone, with which he called Bulma.

'Let her come and solve this problem!' Raditz thought as he waited for her to answer, feeling that what had just happened far exceeded his ability to endure Earth's oddities.
