People who survived the attack managed, they wandered for too long just to find a new place to settle in.
Without the leaders, without the Imperial Family, people didn't know what to do. Especially the families of Thornfield, and Winterbourne. Duke Mandel did everything to search for her missing daughter, Valeraine. But until now, no one knows what happened to her. The King Xyton, and Queen Yesha also conduct a day and night search for their son, Hazewood but still, no one finds him.
