Humiliation is a part of me,
worn like a dress—
something I learned to carry
as though it were my own skin.
Selling my emotions
for bits of intimacy,
giving away pieces of myself
just to feel wanted.
I have become so pathetic,
so wretched,
that even my own misery
doesn't worry me anymore.
I have always been a coward;
lately, I have become
delusional, paradoxical,
and mostly undervalued.
