An hour later, Luo Zheng arrived at a valley by helicopter. The valley was a military base, but the night was too dark to see clearly. He only saw searchlights moving, with many patrols surveying the area, and radar built on a hilltop. The entire military base was heavily guarded. After Luo Zheng got off the helicopter, he was instructed not to move around recklessly. Soon, a government envoy came over, dressed smartly in a suit and tie, claiming to be the special envoy sent by the President to welcome him. The envoy signaled Luo Zheng to board another jet that had been waiting.
The valley had a runway capable of taking off with small aircraft. Luo Zheng was highly skilled and courageous, hence was not afraid at all and followed the envoy onto the jet without hesitation. The jet resembled a reception room, with luxurious sofas, a bar, a TV, and more. Two female attendants stood appropriately in inconspicuous corners.
