"Hello, Uncle!"
Su Xuan felt that calling him "Uncle" made him seem too young. In fact, he was more than ten years older than Xuan, and her father couldn't be that much older than him.
"Cough, cough, hello... I heard about you from Xuan before. Thank you so much!"
The man spoke in a somewhat weak voice.
"It was just a small effort."
Su Xuan greeted Xuan's father; after chatting for a few moments, he left the room because it was too dim inside, and the smell was quite strong. Though Su Xuan wasn't a neat freak, he still felt a bit uncomfortable staying. The reason he brought Xuan back was purely out of sympathy or perhaps care for the delicate, rather than anything else.
When Su Xuan left the room, he checked the time; actually, Su Xuan was planning to find Zu Sanping and have him accompany him to the auction.
"Xuan, I'll be leaving now!"
Su Xuan was too embarrassed to stay for dinner.
"Big Brother Su, stay for dinner. We didn't properly thank you last time!"
