This time it's a bit tricky. If they indeed get involved in the Mexican drug lord war, even though they might not come to New York to take out Seventeen, it would still be a hidden threat. These drug lords are billionaires, and even though they can't openly cause trouble, a few whispered words can make people panic.
So now we need to figure out beforehand who set up Seventeen this time, how serious it is. Whether they plan to retaliate or suppress this incident, they need enough intelligence support.
