This is an ice and snow city with a population of about four million, perched on a cliff.
Its city walls are white, and most of the buildings inside the city are also white, looking as if they were entirely made of snow. In reality, the bricks forming the city walls and buildings are a special metal called "White Burning Stone."
This is a metal that can naturally emit heat, causing the surrounding ice and snow to melt rapidly.
Constructed using this metal, Urvashi's internal temperature is much higher than outside the city, and the temperature inside the buildings becomes quite moderate, roughly between 5°C-10°C, making Urvashi a paradise in the Northern Polar Regions. In the eyes of many residents of the kingdom, it is the best and most comfortable place to live.
Outside the thick city gate, a white-paved avenue follows the steep slope of the cliff, connecting the ice fields and the ice city standing at the cliff's summit.
