To establish an attendant contract, a contract document is needed as a medium.
Just like when Reiger and Liz formed an attendant contract initially, both parties preparing to form the contract would write down their respective terms on the contract document. If the terms were equal, the contract document would react, acknowledging the feasibility of the contract.
Back then, Liz set harsh conditions on the contract document on behalf of the Genas Empire's royal family. Once the contract took effect, she became Reiger's lifelong attendant.
If the conditions aren't harsh, the degree to which the contract is fulfilled decreases significantly. In that case, one would only need to serve as an attendant for a short time, and once the time expires, the contract is considered complete, both parties regain their freedom.
Now, Reiger wants to form an attendant contract with Melo, Naisa, and Beluti, which requires three contract documents.
Reiger naturally doesn't have these things.
