Seething with anger, Qin Tian made his way straight to the City Lord Mansion of Qilin City.
"Stop!"
When Qin Tian arrived at the City Lord Mansion, four guards blocked his path: "The City Lord has already gone to bed. If you have any business, come back tomorrow!"
"I am Marquis of the West, Qin Tian. Tell Sima Qi to come out and see me!"
Qin Tian said loudly.
The Guard Captain scoffed, "I don't care what kind of marquis you are. Our City Lord is asleep and visits are not allowed. Get lost!"
Seeing Qin Tian come alone, these guys were full of disdain!
"Move aside!"
Qin Tian roared, and with a swift motion of his right hand, a blast of Cold Ice True Qi shot out. The Guard Captain couldn't even react before being slammed to the ground by Qin Tian's strike, dead on the spot!

The other three guards were stunned, frozen in place.
