Chapter 1129 - Chapter 1124: Summary and Plans

Seimei shifted his focus from the "Chakra Refinement Technique" and stopped overthinking, turning his attention back to the bloodline section.

He noticed that, besides the Byakugan he'd just been thinking about, another bloodline was on the verge of advancing. That's right—his one and only Bloodline Elimination, Dust Release! After over five months of passive progress, its evolution had jumped from (3500/5000) to an impressive (4652/5000). It was now just shy of 350 evolution points from breaking through to the next tier.

At its current pace, Seimei figured it would take a little over two months to gather those remaining points, pushing Dust Release to the same level as Wood Release. Not too long of a wait, really.

And that two-month estimate? That was the longest it might take. If he could increase the number of shadow clones working on his Bloodline Net, that timeline could shrink even further. Given his current situation, that was looking pretty likely.

Since his last adjustment, Seimei's chakra cap had spiked from eight million to a whopping ten million points. With that kind of reserve, he could easily split off more shadow clones to train simultaneously. But that wasn't even the main thing. He had plenty of chakra to spare, so creating more clones was always an option if he wanted.

The reason he hadn't done so before? Simple—low cost-efficiency. But now, things were different. His Byakugan was close to advancing, and once it did, it would likely boost his "mental" attribute by a point, causing a massive surge in his mental strength. That would let him sustain even more shadow clones for intense training without wasting too much chakra when reabsorbing them. So yeah, the odds of pulling this off were looking really good.

With these thoughts swirling in his mind, Seimei refocused and glanced at his other bloodlines. Besides the Byakugan and Dust Release, his other Bloodline Limits had made solid progress too. Ice Release, Storm Release, and Lava Release had all advanced to the same tier as Wood Release. But once they hit that level, their evolution speed had noticeably slowed. If it weren't for the extra 200-300 evolution points gained from his recent physical transformation, they'd probably only be sitting at 100-200 points right now. Lava Release, being the latest to advance, might've had even less.

As for his Wood Release, after all this time passively evolving, its progress bar was about a third of the way filled. That gave Seimei a bit of hope, though he knew it'd take forever to fill the remaining two-thirds at this rate. With a quiet sigh, he turned his attention to his final Bloodline Limit—the Sharingan.

Just like after his last physical transformation, the Sharingan had only gained a few hundred evolution points, with no major breakthroughs. But this time, things were about to change. Seimei planned to resume using the "Mind Reflection Technique" to actively boost its evolution. Why? Because he wasn't about to wait five years to master the power of the Bloodline Net.

Sure, even if he evolved the Sharingan into the Rinnegan, it would still fall under the Bloodline Limit category and wouldn't directly help him unlock the Bloodline Net's power. But if he could take the Rinnegan one step further—into the Rinne-Sharingan, or the Nine Tomoe Rinnegan—that would be a true Bloodline Net. At that point, he'd essentially skip the process of fusing the seven chakra nature transformations and directly wield part of the Bloodline Net's power. By working backward from there, he could develop it faster, tackling it from both ends.

To evolve the Rinnegan into the Rinne-Sharingan, he'd need the Ten-Tails. And right now, Seimei had the Three-Tails, Four-Tails, Seven-Tails, and half of the Nine-Tails in his possession. That left the One-Tail, Two-Tails, Five-Tails, Six-Tails, and Eight-Tails. The Five-Tails was in the Hidden Rock Village, the Two-Tails and Eight-Tails were in the Hidden Cloud Village, and the Six-Tails was in the Hidden Mist Village.

Luckily, Seimei had spies in all three villages, plus his wood clones lurking in the shadows. Even though the ninja world had been quiet lately, his clones hadn't stopped gathering intel. One of their main focuses? Tracking the movements of these Jinchuriki. After months of investigation, Seimei had pinpointed their locations. If he wanted to, capturing them would be a piece of cake.

As for the One-Tail… true, he didn't have spies or clones in the Hidden Sand Village. But he knew exactly who the One-Tail's Jinchuriki was. Unlike others, this Jinchuriki wasn't confined to the village and had been sent on tons of missions. Snatching them up wouldn't be too hard.

With that, he'd have all nine Tailed Beasts. Fuse them into the Ten-Tails, and with the help of his proficiency panel, Seimei was confident he could evolve the Rinne-Sharingan. For now, his focus was on pushing the Sharingan to the Rinnegan level before moving forward.

But he couldn't act recklessly and go after the other Tailed Beasts just yet. Sure, Uchiha Obito and Black Zetsu wouldn't mind if one person held multiple Tailed Beasts—it'd make their own plans easier. But letting Seimei collect all nine? That would definitely raise red flags. If they got suspicious, things could get messy, and Seimei hated complications.

Even if those two didn't notice or didn't care, there was still the Sage of the Six Paths watching the ninja world from the Pure Land. As the former Ten-Tails Jinchuriki who split it into nine beasts, he'd definitely know if they were being gathered. Collecting a few was fine, maybe even all of them, but trying to fuse them into the Ten-Tails? That would almost certainly catch the Sage's attention, and he might even intervene directly.

There were just too many unpredictable factors. Seimei's best move was to max out the Rinnegan first. Then, using the Flying Thunder God Technique, he could capture all the Tailed Beasts in one swift move, fuse them, awaken the Rinne-Sharingan, and claim part of the Bloodline Net's power. Only then would he be able to stand up to the Sage of the Six Paths without worrying about his own survival, even if he couldn't win.

With these plans in mind, Seimei let out a long breath and shifted his focus to the final section of his panel: "Chakra Control." This was his last big gain. After over five months of training, this skill had made huge strides. It was now at lv9 (34950/100000), inching closer to lv10. His gut told him that hitting lv10 would bring a game-changing boost, possibly saving him a ton of chakra during training. Seimei was seriously looking forward to it.
