Mo Xiaoyu took the sleepy little Xie Tiantian back to their room, told her a story, and soon the little girl was sound asleep, sleeping sweetly.
Mo Xiaoyu tucked her in with a small blanket, adjusted the fan nearby, so the cool breeze wouldn't blow directly on the little girl in bed, yet it could bring a hint of coolness to the room. Even in midsummer, Mo Xiaoyu still covered her with a small blanket, tightly shielding her little tummy, lest she catch a cold.
After Mo Xiaoyu coaxed Xie Tiantian to sleep, she came out and saw that Tang Jun, Mo Weidong, and two others had already drunkenly slumped over, with many empty wine bottles scattered on the table. The whole dining area, even the living room, was filled with a strong smell of alcohol.
"How much did you guys drink!" Mo Xiaoyu couldn't help but exclaim.
"Sis, I didn't drink much. I'm just so happy today, so thrilled." Mo Weidong grinned, pulling Mo Xiaoyu toward him as he spoke, his breath reeking of alcohol.
