Zaozao and Chenchen swallowed back the words they originally wanted to say.
"I'm back."
Tang Yue said softly, gently pushing Si Yu, but Si Yu didn't move at all, his large hands holding her tightly as if wanting to meld her into his bones.
"The kids are still here." Tang Yue blushed slightly. Ever since Zaozao and Chenchen got a bit older, Tang Yue had strictly prohibited Si Yu from showing any intimate gestures in front of them.
"We didn't see anything."
Zaozao and Chenchen said in unison. Even though their palms covered their eyes, the gaps between their fingers were two fingers wide. The two looked at Si Yu and Tang Yue embracing with smiles, teasing their parents for being shy and hugging.
"I want a hug too."
Chenchen spread his arms, hugging Si Yu and Tang Yue's legs.
"Alright, let's stop hugging and eat. I cooked, and it'll get cold soon." Tang Yue changed the subject, glancing at Si Yu with bright eyes to signal him to restrain himself a bit.
