"Fly over there with Charizard and retrieve it using your Poké Ball!" Kalia quickly instructed Lian while addressing the Trainer.
Lian promptly soared towards the sea surface, skillfully dodging the bluish-white rays. With numerous Origin Pulses still active, it was challenging, but thankfully, they had become less dense as some dissipated.
Upon reaching the Trainer, who felt fortunate after narrowly escaping disaster, they hastily retrieved the defeated Pidgeot from its imminent fall into the sea using a Poké Ball.
"T-thank you so much!" The emotional Trainer shed tears of gratitude, having been on the brink of falling into the terrifying depths themselves, almost overwhelmed by fear.
Lian flew back towards the landmass, now mostly submerged. However, Kyogre was engrossed in battle and momentarily lacked the opportunity to further expand the ocean and submerge the remaining island.
However, not every Trainer was as fortunate; some were already overwhelmed and couldn't spare any effort to rescue others.
Regrettably, many Trainers fell into the sea, mercilessly swallowed by its depths, leaving behind only desperate cries of despair.
Kyogre's power was immense, particularly with its exclusive move Origin Pulse, rendering numerical advantage insignificant.

Mid-level trainers could no longer remain on the battlefield; they needed to withdraw, allowing high-level trainers and Kyogre's battle to continue unhindered.
They had underestimated Kyogre once again. If they had known this beforehand, they wouldn't have brought mid-level trainers into the fray. The losses among them were likely significant.
Upon hearing the command, the mid-level trainers promptly left, feeling utterly powerless against Kyogre. Due to the torrential rain, they couldn't even catch a glimpse of Kyogre itself, only seeing its faintly glowing patterns and the bluish-white beams it emitted.

Not only were Trainers saved, but also the fallen Pokemon were rescued. Due to Kyogre's presence, this area had been devoid of other marine Pokemon, making the rescue operation more straightforward without needing to distinguish between them.
"Excellent!" Kalia smiled with relief. As just one person, and her Charizard unable to split its efforts, she could only watch helplessly as others fell into the sea. Now, thankfully, they were all safely rescued.
"Wonderful!" In the sky, Botaya's anger subsided, replaced by a smile. The League's losses had been minimized significantly.
"All mid-level trainers, retreat back to the island!" Botaya continued issuing commands. At this point, the battle could only be entrusted to the sixty-plus high-level trainers and their own group of five, as the other trainers couldn't contribute much effectively.
Even if some mid-level trainers managed to barely dodge the bluish-white beams, constantly evading held no strategic value. The priority was forcing Kyogre out of the water to enable direct attacks on its body.
In the sky, Lian carried Kalia back towards the island. Upon landing, Kalia noticed several trainers unconscious due to falling into the sea.
"Charizard, go join the fight!"
Kalia turned to Lian and spoke, knowing that Charizard's strength was comparable to the primary Pokemon of high-level trainers. However, with Kalia sitting on Charizard's back, she inadvertently limited its full potential.
