Lian surmised that this must be Kyogre's voice, indicating its proximity.
He soared into the sky and scanned the distance. Due to the heavy rain, visibility was limited, but he could faintly spot a dark shadow moving towards them on the sea surface.
Within the shadow, a pair of eyes seemed to gaze back - unmistakably those of Kyogre. Clearly, Kyogre had noticed them as well. Lian also observed flickering patterns emitting light, pulsating intermittently.
These were the unique mystical markings exclusive to Kyogre, similar ones found on Groudon and Rayquaza, imbued with extraordinary power.
The awakened Kyogre appeared even larger than Lian had imagined, likely surpassing the size of Wailord.
Suddenly, a thought struck him: if Lester's wish was specifically for Kyogre's awakening, what if there wasn't just one Kyogre?
Could other regions witness the awakening of additional Kyogres? After all, no one could definitively confirm that legendary Pokémon always exist as singular entities. In his previous life, Lian knew that many legendary Pokémon seemed to have more than one counterpart.
No one understood how legendary Pokémon manifested, but it was certain they needed growth like others. So, if other oceans indeed harbored Kyogres...

Each Trainer mounted their Flying-type Pokémon, creating an impressive aerial force akin to a sky-bound army. Although not formally trained as a unit, under the guidance of the Elite Four and League Champion Botaya, every Trainer obediently awaited commands without any dissent.
Kalia swiftly mounted behind Lian, and together they joined the formation of mid-level Trainers, awaiting further instructions.
"Are you Kalia?" whispered a nearby Trainer, who turned out to be Caden, one of the patrol members earlier, though Kalia didn't recognize him.
"Yes, do I know you?" Kalia asked, puzzled, wondering if she had become so renowned that even random mid-level Trainers knew her by name.
Although Kalia did make quite an impression during the Exchange Competition, it had been some time since then, and at that point, she was still a beginner Trainer. Now, not many people actively followed her progress.
"Oh, definitely! Though your Charizard is even more famous." In truth, Caden initially didn't know Kalia until he witnessed Lian leading rescue missions with his Charizard.
Afterward, he consulted several high-level Trainers and learned that this Charizard's intelligence far surpassed ordinary Pokemon. Currently, within the Sebas League, only Kalia possessed such a remarkably intelligent Charizard.
It should be noted that few Trainers in the Sebas region owned Charizards, as they were primarily found in the Ellie region. Consequently, Kalia's Charizard stood out significantly in the Sebas area.
