Lian's fierce performance intimidated the three high-level Trainers. Although they also possessed Z-Moves, their proficiency and readiness were not as advanced as Kalia's, who could unleash hers effortlessly at any moment.

Consequently, deploying their Z-Moves wasn't as simple as just willing them to activate. Moreover, their primary Pokemon were engaged with Celebi, and if they disengaged to attack Charizard, it would leave them vulnerable against Celebi.

At this point, Celebi was no longer the priority; the abnormally powerful Charizard had become the critical concern. If the battle continued, this Charizard would undoubtedly defeat even more of their Pokemon.

Once that happened, all their Pokemon would be incapacitated, allowing Celebi to escape easily, leading to the failure of their plan.

In the crowd, Noras observed the unfolding combat, astonished that his three high-level Trainers' Pokemon had been swiftly defeated by a young girl's Charizard, taking down six consecutively.

Now, the Charizard soared through the air, casting an aura of invincibility upon the ground-based Pokemon below, evident in their fearful gazes.

"Where did this Trainer suddenly come from?" Noras pondered, deeply puzzled from afar. Their meticulously crafted plan seemed flawless, with Celebi already weakened and seemingly within grasp of capture. Yet unexpectedly, a mid-level trainer emerged, disrupting everything.

A mid-level Trainer alone wouldn't be much of a concern; with their combined strength as high-level Trainers, they could easily handle most situations. However, no one anticipated that Kalia's Charizard would be powerful enough to defeat six Pokemon consecutively.

If these six Pokemon belonged to a single Trainer, it would mean Kalia's Charizard had effectively defeated a high-level Trainer outright—a truly terrifying feat.

Although, initially, the two Trainers were focused on commanding their Pokemon to attack Celebi rather than paying attention to Charizard, allowing it the opportunity to strike. Nonetheless, without exceptional prowess, such a feat would have been impossible.

"Hey, young lady, recall your Pokemon! I'll give you one million!" Noras shouted loudly.

Money was abundant for him, and considering Kalia's status as a mid-level Trainer, he assumed she wouldn't have earned significantly more. He couldn't believe anyone could resist the allure of such a large sum.

However, Kalia wasn't swayed by this offer. She had already saved several hundred thousand Alliance Coins herself. Although still short of one million, it was more than sufficient for her needs.

She had no need to compromise for one million Alliance Coins; it would be impossible and undermine the most crucial qualities of being a Trainer.

While money is important, as a Trainer, certain values outweigh financial gain. If Kalia were an ordinary person, she might have agreed instantly, but unfortunately, she was not just any individual - she was a certified mid-level Trainer.

Kalia remained silent, continuing to command her Pokemon without giving Noras any acknowledgment. To her, despite Noras's influential background, even capable of hiring high-level Trainers, he was still merely an ordinary civilian, not someone who wields the power of a Trainer.

Seeing his offer fall flat with Kalia, Noras's expression turned sour. One million was already substantial, and he wasn't willing to increase the amount further. Since Kalia seemed driven by justice, let her witness how many people in this world are motivated solely by profit.

The reality proved darker than anticipated, where even Trainers could be enslaved by the lure of wealth if the price was right.

"I know there are many Trainers present here. I request mid-level or higher Trainers to step forward and help me stop that Charizard. Each participant will receive one hundred thousand Alliance Coins after completion!" Noras addressed the crowd.

Offering such a substantial reward for intervention was quite enticing. He couldn't imagine any Trainer resisting this opportunity.

These bystanders had been observing passively, but their reluctance to assist Celebi indicated they might be swayed by monetary incentives.

If just two Trainers came forward to halt Charizard, it would suffice. As long as Charizard didn't defeat more high-level Trainers' Pokemon, Celebi's downfall would only be a matter of time.

Upon hearing this, envy surfaced on many faces. Most were ordinary individuals struggling to make ends meet; the prospect of earning one hundred thousand Alliance Coins was highly appealing. However, lacking the necessary strength, they knew they weren't qualified Trainers.

Among the crowd, several Trainers appeared conflicted. If they intervened, fearing other trainers finding out could lead to scorn and criticism.

Yet, refraining from action meant missing out on one hundred thousand Alliance Coins—a sum that would take considerable effort and time to earn through regular missions. The chance to secure it with just one battle seemed too tempting to ignore.

"Despicable!" Kalia glared furiously at Noras. Despite her young age, she understood his intentions clearly - Noras was attempting to bribe Trainers with money to confront her.

Kalia knew not every Trainer could resist such temptation. For instance, the three high-level Trainers, who hadn't even bothered attending the Kyogre incident, were now fully under Noras's control.

In the sky above, Lian observed the unfolding chaos below and unleashed another burst of flames.

After using Z-Moves, both he and Kalia entered a weakened state. Kalia appeared exhausted, while Lian needed time to recover.

However, Lian could still barely continue battling. He glanced down at the two distant-type Pokemon on the ground, continuously targeting him with their moves.

Lian skillfully evaded these ranged attacks, initially planning to wait until he regained his strength. But seeing Noras growing desperate, it seemed likely that many Trainers would be tempted by the offer of ten thousand Alliance Coins.

He couldn't afford to delay until fully recovered; he had to act swiftly to prevent being overwhelmed by other Trainers' Pokemon later.

Although most were mid-level Trainers, their combined efforts could overwhelm even stronger opponents. Their goal was to delay Lian, preventing him from assisting Celebi. Knowing Lian's prowess, they would avoid direct confrontation.

If they employed moves like Protect, it would significantly hinder Lian, allowing them to prolong the battle and ultimately lead to Celebi's defeat.

Bang!

Taking advantage of the momentary hesitation among the trainers, Lian burst forth with incredible speed. Instead of attacking the two Pokémon on the ground, he immediately rushed to support Celebi.

The key to this battle was Celebi; once it escaped safely, the fight would lose its purpose. Noras aimed to capture Celebi, while Kalia sought its freedom.

"It can still move that fast!" The tall trainer was astonished. Despite using numerous moves, including a Z-Move, the Charizard managed to surge forward rapidly—its strength seemed almost excessive.

"Uh-oh, he's going to assist Celebi now!" Another trainer panicked as Celebi showed signs of weakening. If Charizard reached it, all their previous efforts might be futile.
